One of the worst service I have ever experience. No courtesy whatsoever. Never ever go again.

For vegetarians, be careful. Found a piece of chicken in the nav ratan korma curry.

I'm a big fan if Indian food. Living in L.A., we have a wealth of great Indian restaurants to choose from. I have to say that Grand Bawarchi is my personal favorite. The King of Flavor. Everything I've tried here is incredible. It's one of the few places where I seriously crave their food. I mean crave it like a drug. Their spice profile is off the hook. Complex, rich and deep. Many layered. Most Indian places I eat at taste quite similar to each other, so few really stand out to me. Grand Bawarchi stands alone, in a very good way. I recommend the goat soup, the Chicken Majestic (Crack in the form of chicken...LOL), Chicken Chettinadu (A rich, heady dish I literally dream about), Malai Kofta, Navaratan Korma, Nizam Handi Veg and the Hyderabadi Chicken 65. I'm a big carnivore, but love a good veggie dish. The veggie dishes here are delectable. A nice assortment of veggies in the Korma and Nizam Handi Veg. And the chicken here is always moist and tender. I'm always looking forward to trying out more of their dishes. Their portions are good and the prices are reasonable and well worth it. And the woman I always deal with is always very sweet and pleasant. A gem of a restaurant I highly recommend! And for my foodie friends who follow my reviews, this place is on the level of the Orignal Khun Dang. Yeah. It's THAT good.

We ordered a small catering order of Biriyani from here for a birthday party, To go places for catering order for Dum Biriyani, Nan was also so good..perfect spice level for biriyani but little more on masala, also the packing was done so well..If looking for Biriyani in around Woodland Hills area, this is the place to go..

First time trying and wasnt very pleased. I ordered the chicken tikka masala very spicy...and instead i got zero spice. Also the consistency of the masala was not what i was expecting...it was very oily..not a fan. Staff is great though! And the naan was very soft and delicious. But i wish the chicken tikka was Spicier and was not so oily

We ordered two take-out dishes, one mild, the other one medium spicy. The one that was supposed to be medium, tasted pretty bland, while the one that should have been mild, was super spicy. Also the chicken had several gristles and a bone splinter. The mango lassi had an unusual taste, can't tell though, if it was bad, or just different than what I'm used to. All in all, we unfortunately didn't really enjoy our dinner :-(

This was perhaps one of the beat Indian meals I'd had in some time. I will return. By the way, it's been Grand Bawarchi for about 3-4 years and a different Indian restaurant before that, but, if the rooftop architecture looks familiar, it's because it was built in 1975 as a Whataburger (which no longer exist in California). I love adaptive reuse of fast food places (Crown Wok at Platt & Vanowen was once a Jack in the Box).

Tried this spot once with my friend and I am hooked since then. I enjoy the excellent mood and flavorful dishes and drinks. 5 stars from me.

Great biryani and chicken 65. Having tried many places, I think they have the best Biryani in the LA area. Highly recommend.

We ordered to go chicken 65 dum biryani and goat Biryani. The meat in the both Biryanis was so stale we could not even eat it and it's not worth the price .

Greedy greedy greedy.I ordered goat biryani and paid 15$ for which i got a bowl of biryani rice with exactly 3 pieces of goat, out of those 3 pieces 1 piece is a hard bone. So strictly speaking i got 2 pieces of goat and bowl of biryani rice for $15, obviously not worth your money. Believe me i am not exaggerating, in these days these guys became too greedy. Never coming back again.

They are rude to people. They act like you are beneath them. I will never come to this place ever again and their food is priced high and tastes old and moldy.vi think I saw a rat running around inside there too at night trying to get out after they had closed. The parking lot in back is crowded and greasy smelling and looking.
