I came in and got a oreo shake which was really good and I had to use the restroom so while I went in team member Ali put my shake in the fridge so it wouldn't melt so much. He was very nice and gave great customer service!

Ordered a classic wrap. Came out quickly. Tasted good. But the lady who handed it apparently tossed it like a bad fedex/ups driver tosses packages. Kinda made things awkward and i don't go to jack in the box because i live in a state without them. So bad impression.
Worst service ever. Got a large fries and they didn't even fill up the fries. The guy who packaged my order did not even use gloves. I went back in line yo return my order but he was rude and uncooperative. Not cool. Could have don't my $25 bucks elsewhere
