Lady Fortunes is INCREDIBLE. Worked with Miki and their team to get a custom cake order for a project, and not only did they deliver the most beautiful cakes I have seen, but they created an entire recipe within a week! The entire team is so dedicated to providing the utmost beautiful cakes and truly caring staff. They will ensure every single order you receive is perfect, no matter what the event, or size of the order. I am truly so grateful for their team, and appreciate all efforts made by their staff. This is also with their entire staff being absolutely SLAMMED for the holidays. It's rare to find good customer service and people who really care about you and their own team so much these days, but Miki and Alex were so on top of it and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Lady Fortunes!

Delicious cookies and amazing customer service! Michael and Alex are friendly and accommodating. We needed almost 200 no icing Christmas cookies, and they were done fast! The service is friendly, the price is great, and the cookies are flawless!

This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly. Make an account online and they are so organized and responsive. You can make small gifts and also bigger personalized gifts. Michael and everyone is so friendly. We ordered a gift for our preceptors and it came out so well. This is the medium sized but they also have a larger sizes. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Also pretty affordable.

Such a great company to work with! We had a client who wanted biscotti with their logo for an event in under a week. I called Lady Fortunes in a panic and spoke with Michael who instantly put me at ease with his calm and friendly tone! It's rare to find great customer service these says but he was on top of it and a pleasure to talk with! The order was done on time and the client was thrilled with them! I highly recommend Lady Fortunes!

Absolutely love and recommend this custom cookie company! I needed to provide and amazing treat for a local film festival and Lady Fortunes absolutely killed it! I got their logo Oreos and image cookies and both were a hit. Thank you Alex for making it happen on such short notice! I also appreciated the pick up option so I could save on on shipping. I will definitely order again!! ? ?

For somebody who hates sweet cake pops, these cake pops here were so moist, not to sweet, and just perfection. There printed sugar cookies and marshmallows are also amazing. But the toffee crunch giant fortune cookie was as big as my head, not broken, and tasted like vanilla, not like cardboard.

I have been a customer for a few years. My last orders have been delivered broken IF THEY WERE DELIVERED AT ALL. I reached out to customer service and was told the non delivery "was on me" and told that the broken deliveries were brought to their attention too late. They will do nothing to remedy the situation. I was not aware the cookies were broken until I had an event wrap up meeting and all the recipients mentioned this to me. These cookies cost well over $50 everything said and done ,I thought they were a fun alternative to flowers but if the recipients are receiving a broken fortune cookie what is the point? Customer service has been terribly RUDE and takes no responsibility. I would give zero stars if it was an option as 1 is being too generous. Save your money.

I'm a Ad Specialty Distributor, meaning I sell Branded Products for Companies, like pens, mugs, apparel, etc. I can brand anything! Been in printing for 25 years, so I've been around the block a lot! Lady Fortune is listed on my Distributor Site as a supplier we can use who will sell us their goods wholesale so can resell them to our client(s). I thought their fortune cookie concept was fantastic so I took the bait. Presented them to two of my clients who wanted an edible holiday gift for their clients. I called and spoke to Carrie and Francesco to ask them many questions about their process, took notes! It was my first time working with them and I wanted to get it right - can't afford mistakes! I submitted the order on Nov 5th for a ship date of Dec 6th, ONE MONTH LEAD TIME! They told me they only need 3 days, but wanted to give them enough time to review, check art files, etc. I pre-paid for the orders. I gave them my PO (keep in mind I'm a business, not a consumer, who is ordering many of these for my clients who are giving them to their clients), filled out their spreadsheet template as they wanted, along with all of the art files for the logos on the cookies. Like I said.....not my first rodeo! We are talking about 52 Pails on one order (with different logos) and 12 Pails on the other. I was told artwork was fine (by Carrie), no issues, and no communication from them since they got their money from me. I tried to call last week, no answer! So I sent another email just to check in to make sure all was good and that these job were going to ship on-time, Dec 6th (this past Monday). Alex calls me back (keep in mind I never have ever spoken to her, never knew of her.). She was so amped up, frustrated, barely introduced herself on the phone and proceeded to tell me that my job was a 'mess', and "if the job had passed her desk she would've rejected it"! There she was threatening me to decline/reject the order 4 days prior to shipping after it had been sitting there for one month, pre-paid!! To make a long story short and believe me it's long.....they ended up shipping 5 of the cookie pails to the wrong addresses (3 companies total). It would be like sending a Holiday Cookie Basket to Wells Fargo with BofA logos all over the cookies - hello!! From the very beginning all Alex did was complain about my orders and now she is twisting the story and blaming me because I should have never sent the order, nor should it have been accepted in the first place! WHAT?? Who says and does things like that to a customer? Also, on the 12 Pail order they put the wrong sprinkle color on the cookies, and blamed me. When my PO and spreadsheet clearly say white and blue sprinkles - they put all blue. Alex's response was "oh, well....they look nice." Again keep in mind, colors on these cookies are very important because we are using the companies logo colors to decorate their cookies. Anyway, if anyone wants more information or to see my documentation, reach out to me - I'll share it so you'll know NOT TO TRUST Lady Fortune - Natalie and Taylors reviews are spot on! I felt I was reliving my horror by reading their reviews! ! What a sham! All I wanted was for them to redo and resend the 5 Pails of cookies OR give me refund of $155.00. Instead, Alex kept on insisting that I ask my client (who is already embarrassed and pissed) to call his 3 clients that got the wrong cookies to repack them in the box, call UPS to come pick them up BEFORE she would redo and resend them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why are you expecting me to inconvenience my client and his clients because of your shipping error??? I even said to them...your response to this fiasco should be..." I am so very sorry, please keep the wrong cookies and we will redo and send you the right cookies out right away!" Instead, Alex is argumentative, delusional, taking no responsibility and doesn't "listen", keeps yapping and yappy! To make amends to my client, I had to spend $300.00 of my own money to
