I do not like leaving bad reviews but yesterday's experience was just that. The food was ordered around 6:35pm and we were given a 50 minute pick up window, but received the food around 7:55pm. Also, the food was extremely greasy. Thai ice tea tasted extremely off. Something needs to change. We had Lemongrass few years back and this is not how I remember it to be. Please improve!

It used to be amazing but not anymore .unprofessional management ordered chowmein and fried rice compare to the price effort was zero, have never seen so large chunks of veggies in any Chinese full of oil no taste just waste of time and money . Treated my boss thinking the best food .so disappointing . Had to Zelle because no electricity that's what they said.

this was our favorite place after new owner took last couple years now it is horrible food taste served cold food they served padhthai with very little chicken the orange chicken was too sweet dust on tables restroom is so dirty the owner lady from Pakistan is now is coolk and she cook horrible thai food they should make it Pakistani restaurant the service was too late the glass was greasy unclean there is one South Indian man who take order served food and if you complain him that food is not good doesn't taste good or cold he just say one word I am sorry he said I will let the owner know it is ThaI restaurant but all food taste like Pakistan type there was no flavor of Thai food the new owner has messed up this restaurant very unprofessional approach we will not go and waste our money if health inspectors see it this restaurant will be shut down hope the owner fix those issue and make good quality food have thai people to cook not his wife or Mexican to cook Thai food

They did not have Satay chicken available during lunch time, ordered orange chicken and it was very tasteless , hard and chewy without any taste and Pad Thai which I ordered with chicken but when I opened the box I find beef !!! I still tried to eat it but it was just very rubbery and again tasteless with very strong odor of egg. Complete waste of time and money. I doubt if its even halal anymore

They changed owners and it’s now AWFUL. They serve dried out, days old rice. The spicy noodles don’t have basil and aren’t spicy. The overall food quality and taste has declined a lot. I’ve been coming here since 2016, and after the 3rd bad order. I’m officially calling it done.

I called in a pick up order at 1115 . Mind you I did see their hours however I got a response and had placed my order , as I wasn't mentioned any issues with placing my order . my co worker went to pick up at 1137 and the restaurant was still closed . Seems like their calls get forwarded to their personal phone . They should had advised us they weren't actually open despite them being late to open their restaurant. The food was horrible I got the wonton soup and only had one wonton and a bunch of broken down chicken pieces. After about 2 hours my coworkers and I all realized it was effecting us and all had a trip to the rr in turns . I will not be ordering from here again . Lack or preparation and communication.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The chicken didn't look like chicken. It was something boiled and so tough I wanted to vomit. I'm not sure what they are serving there but stay away far away. I asked my friends what they thought I was served & nobody could answer. All of us threw away the takeout. We were all disgusted. I'm calling the board of health.
