Good food. Not so friendly staff really bad service. and I know it's mall food but for the price you'd think service would be better

The food was awful. Customer service was worse than the food. I ordered the Persian Beef Kebab. It comes with 2 Koobideh. Mine was one and a half. Surprisingly not only they did not apologize, but also When I asked to change the Kebab, they refused. When I insisted, they told me I have to wait for another 10 minutes. The rice was not cooked completely. It was raw.

The plates are very filling and the taste is amazing. I think that the meat portion was a little small, but acceptable given the price. The atmosphere is that of the Mall, so it is out of the scope for this restaurant.

Food is great but a lot of rice than protein. Salad was too cold and the main course was hot. So the switch over was hard. Ambience is very good.

It's pretty good, except the pepper, I ate the whole raw pepper and how was I supposed to know you weren't supposed to eat the whole raw pepper, the instructions were not clear and I don't eat much ethnic food, if whole raw peppers were served you expect to eat whole raw peppers, it's not like the parsley garnish it's a friggin whole raw pepper, thank you

I always order the swai fish fillet in different masis kabob location. This time i was so dissapointed because for the 1st time the fish that they served was hard and you feel like you are chewing a gum when you eat it. It feels like the fish is just fresh from the frezeer, frozen and they just cook it.

The worst service ever. It's so disgusting going to a restaurant and being attended to by the most uneducated people ever. If a customer asks you a simple question such as "what sides do you offer here" you should be able to name them off the top of your head or at least kindly let them know where they are listed without an off-putting demeanor, but no lol the lady up front thinks she's too good for that. She gives free eye-rolls too. Take your business elsewhere, save yourself from the bad attitude and energy offered here.

It is not like the one in Glendale, CA. Free standing building vs inside a mall. The Falafels were not fresh, tasted like the one you can make it from a box that they sell in SK stores.Chicken Khobideah is goodHummus is very delicious.Soft drinks are not woth the price. I wish they had ?
