Today, March 11, 2024, i went to this location, and I tried placing my order with this lady looking around her late 30s, and she's like, "No, you place your order on the Kios" but with Attitude. The main thing I didn't like was her attitude, her face all looking annoyed. This McDonald's needs to replace their staff, especially people like that lady

WOW!! worst service. I ordered ahead of time and picked to have it delivered to the table once I placed the table #. Food was taking so long, and we waited, and finally, we went up there to ask what's going on with our order. The employee said "oh its right there and pointed to the food that was sitting on a tray she said."we called the name out. " I told her it was supposed to be delivered to the table. Who knows how long the food was sitting there. No apologies from them. I went up there for a refill, and the cashier rudely said, "No refills." I said, "Why is that?" She shrugged her shoulders. Why is it that you can get refills at other McDonald's? This place has changed so much, but not for the better. This location gives McDonald's a bad reputation. ?

The atmosphere is pleasant. It's clean inside. Fast service. Friendly staff, delicious food. Parking is free on Sunday at 11:30. I ordered breakfast through an electronic stall. The order was placed within three minutes. The staff helps to answer the questions that visitors have when ordering through the vending machine.Parking: A lot of places.

Don't go get food here if you are a minority. The staff of minorities will not let you use the restroom to wash your hands. You will have to eat your food with your hands dirty. Also they only let Caucasians use the restroom.

(8am on Saturday morning) I don’t understand why they don’t want to help customers “by taking the order the old fashioned way” I did a Togo because I noticed how long the drive-thru line was. Once I got there a seniors was getting agitated because the cashier kept saying “use the kiosk sr” and the guy just wanted a senior coffee?! (Although the cashier came out and help the gentleman) the line kept on getting busy… Togo’s Doordahs, restroom’s key and more customers trying to place and order… my question is?!Why pushing so much to used kiosk when you can clearly tell most people don’t have time to be clicking on buttons, or don’t know how to used them? It gets a bit overwhelming and confusing?
Restrooms closed for 3 weeks....now sign reads....restrooms for employed only,,,,,when kind of business is this???? Wonder if owners are so tigth spending money on restrooms....very very disappointed.

I recommend skipping this location they will lie to your face like your some kind of fool Tell me I can't have a side of tomatoes on my breakfast because that's for lunch .really when 30 other locations have no problem providing decent customer service it's not something I'm asking for for free so really it's just about doing your job correctly But hey I know better now won't be back
