Mr. Moisés with a white beard in a gray t-shirt first does not identify himself and when I ask about a product he makes fun of me because I speak Spanish and they start laughing at someone with long blue hair who is short and because they are making fun of my language they write down the wrong order when I go to pay at the window they keep laughing and when I go to the window and they hand me the orderI realize that it is wrong, I make the complaint to him, he gets angry and speaks to me in a rude manner. Please, instead of making fun of the customers, please be more careful with the orders. These people should not be working here in this place.

No matter how many times you ask for ketchup and they say that it will be in the bag. It’s never in the bag. We are 7 for 7 so far. Ordered just a hamburger today and had to wait in the curbside parking for 12 minutes. For a single hamburger. The lady comes up with no smile just an upset look on her face and not a word said, just stick the bag in your face and walk away. I understand that it McDonald’s, so there’s not a lot to be expected but continuously, every single time they do not disappoint with how terrible the service is.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have ordered through Uber twice now and both times they barely gave any fries, didn’t include any sauce that I paid extra for, and got an item of my order wrong. Twice now!! This location is the worst ??♀️

If you order a Large Fries make sure to check the bag before you leave. They only fill the container half way. Im at home expecting a large amount of fries but didn't even get a medium amount. No I'm not going back to BEG for more. Absolute scammers.

I have an eating disorder and have had to request a new shake whenever there is a little bit of strawberry shake in my chocolate shake because of how their machines work here. I have learned to just request that they run it before filling the cup, but when I requested it here, I was told the manager might get mad at an employee for fulfilling this simple request. This is ridiculous.

Ok I'll be honest I love MickeyDs, the wifey not so much so after a night of drinks and she says she wants some fries, I'm in! I ordered via the app. Really easy when you tell them your code at the drive thru and you're set. Unless your semi drunk wife puts the order in, then you need Emilio to provide amazing customer service and save the day. He helped fix our mobile order and got us what we needed. Can't say enough gratitude of how he helped a bro out.

My friend and I wanted something quick to eat, and the McDonald's we usual go to that's open 24-hrs was unfortunately closed. We ended up going to the McDonald's on Roscoe and as we drive up to the drive-thru, they were only accepting cash. My friend asked if we could order and pay through the app, and the lady said "no". Thankfully there was a Wells Fargo across the street. We had two orders. When we got home, they completely forgot my friends order. Except for the drink so I just assumed everything was fine. Also my cheeseburger was dry. After reading previous reviews on this location, we didn't bother going back. I'm giving two stars because I didn't experience any bad attitude, however the look on their faces told me they didn't care about their customers.
