I wanted to pick up something special for teacher's appreciation day. Several things ran through my mind, but I wasn't convinced until I thought of Mrs. Field's! This location is conveniently located at the westfield mall, so it was open late during the week. I was able to get a cookie pie and customize it. The artist/decorator was great and was able to put a full message including the teacher's names. This was well received and a fun surprise for the best teachers at WHM!

I've been coming to this Ms.Fields for over 10 years plus now, and this is the second time I've come for milk chocolate chip cookies in the last week, and they wouldn't make more for me or even be nice about it... (the blonde employee, stated that I could come back in a few hours when they were closed and get cookies...) like this was a joke ... and the rest of the employees that work there are very rude! There is a tall male employee who is always nice, he seems to be the only one. It would be nice to be able to come get cookies again. I hope the service gets better. I miss the family that used to run this location, they were always nice, and the cookies were always perfect! What happened?!

i asked for an ice cream sandwich and then they went into the back for a really long time came out and said they put frosting on the sides. it turns out they ran out of ice cream and filled it with frosting instead of telling me they were out. you could’ve just said i don’t have ice cream why ruin the gosh darn cookie :,(

If you want good cookies you found them cause there The bThey have a lot of choices and sizes which is really good cause you can get them for all occasions so I love it. If you have something coming up and don't know what to get just stop at Mrs. fields and get them the best cookies around.

The food and everything was good but the only thing that I didn't like was that the cashier and the person that is serving me doesn't put their masks up. When I told the person serving me to put her mask, she did but then started to have an attitude with me. If the store is going to promote that everyone should have their masks up then so should the workers. Since the panademic they should be more careful and put our masks on the right way.

I'm very upset about my visit today. My cookie didn't say what I paid for it to say and the cookie is hard. I'm just disappointed and sad because I didn't have time to have it remade. First and last visit here for me. I'll just stick to bakery cakes. If it's not broken don't try to fix it.

I ordered a heart shaped cookie cake for valentines day. Picture showed it as a heart and was called "I love you hearts". I only ordered it because it was specifically in the shape of a heart. When we got it is was in the shape of a standard circle. Super annoying. Feel like I wasted $40. Gave it two stars only because it still obviously tastes fine.
If I could give over five stars I really would. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of who helped me but I came in today around 4 pm and was greeted immediately. It was obvious that there were no cookie slices at the moment, but I went ahead and asked if they had any in the back. He let me know he could make me a fresh one in the back but that it would take a few minutes. I was having a pretty bad day so I just wanted some cookies and a cake slice. However, they did end up getting a bit busy which made my slice take a bit longer. After the rush he went ahead and showed me my slice. When he opened up the cartoon I saw two slices! He went ahead and let me know he gave me an extra for the longer wait! It was this small gesture that honestly made my day so much better!

I'm a s***** when it comes to cookies. They are my favorite sweet treat and these definitely do not disappoint. Because of COVID 19, all good and drinks must be consumer outside of the mall. This is one of the only food places open inside and I was so happy they are. The cookies are $1.99 each or you can do what I did and grab the special of but 3 cookies and get 1 free. I did not get an opportunity today to buy one but they had a large variety of cookie cakes that looked absolutely amazing! I must get one for my next birthday. The employee working was very kind and friendly and was able to explain to me all the types of cookies they had. I am very pleased with my cookies and was happy to share them with my family!

Calling all Cookie Monsters, sweet tooth-er's & anyone who is down for a hot-freshly baked cookie straight out of the oven. When you think of the malls across the country, there are certain expectations that come to mind and specific staple businesses that are a must. For example, All malls indoor and outdoor have some sort of Food Court with the classic eateries like Hot Dog on a Stick, Panda Express and Sbarro Pizza. Malls also have the staple snacking options like Wetzel's Pretzels, Cinnabon, See's candy and of course Mrs. Fields cookies. If you've eaten a hot and fresh chocolate chip Cookie straight from their oven, you know exactly what I'm talking about and you know just how good it will make the rest of your shopping experience. Cookies are sold individually, but they usually have a buy 3, get 1 free. Having a birthday party? Need to apologize to someone? Order one of their giant cookie cakes and I'm pretty sure your apology will be accepted ;) This location is located on the first floor near the Islands restaurant where fresh cookies are ready to be enjoyed!

I purchase cookies in tins all the time. The cookies, big and small and brownies are delicious & are for my hair stylist, nail guy, postman, neighbors and co-workers. Everyone loves cookies! The staff is so friendly!!!
