I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Panda Express, largely due to the behavior and attitude of an employee named Heydi. Her demeanor was both cheap and rude, leaving me with a negative impression of the establishment. One incident that particularly stood out was when Heydi went out of her way to take a piece of chicken off my plate and put it back onto the serving tray. I found this action to be not only disrespectful but also unsanitary. It left me feeling disgusted and questioning the hygiene practices at Panda Express.Furthermore, Heydi's demeanor was akin to someone who thought the food was coming out of her own pocket. She displayed an off-putting level of stinginess and acted as if she was doing me a favor by serving me. Her attitude was entirely unprofessional and did not align with the customer service I expected. In addition to her cheap behavior, Heydi's rudeness was apparent throughout my interaction with her. She seemed to lack basic courtesy and respect, treating me in a manner that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to witness such behavior from an employee representing Panda Express.Overall, my experience with Heydi at Panda Express left me deeply disappointed. I strongly urge the management to address these concerns and ensure that their employees are trained to provide exceptional customer service. I sincerely hope that future patrons do not have to endure the same unpleasant encounter that I did. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have different encounters at Panda Express.

This is one of my favorite fast food Chinese food. Because they are always super busy the food always comes out hot and fresh. They have many workers working at the same time so the line isn't that long. Everything is super clean this is great for both adults and kids to eat here.

I had a terrific experience at this Panda Express inside Topanga Mall. I used my Tmobile Tuesday code on the orange chicken bowl for mobile order. When I went to pick it up, my food was already wrapped up in the bag. They give a decent amount of chicken with the rice. My sisters also met up with me after I finish eating my food and wanted to get her orange chicken bowl as well so I placed another order along with beef and broccoli. She then decided that she wanted Teriyaki chicken too but since my mobile order was already submitted, I told her to just order it in person. The line wasn't so bad, so she did the la carte Teriyaki chicken in a small box. The lady cutting the chicken and putting it in the box made sure that it's fully packed so that's highly appreciated because she made sure you get your money worth. Overall I would recommend coming here if you're craving a quick dish to eat.Vegetarian options: They have some dishes that are healthy, like their fried egg rolls with no meat.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly since it's inside the mall so they can sit at the food court area.Parking: This Panda Express is located inside the mall so there are plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible inside the mall. Just take the elevator to the 2nd floor.

Naydeen was super rude to me for no reason. In my life have I ever been treated so poorly in panda express

You don't get what you pay for. The portions are less, the quality is poor, prices are higher.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! go to panda down the street next to in n out or the one in west hills in the fallbrook center.this panda in the mall is ridiculous I've gone 2 times and they are so stingy lady gave me half a scoop of fried rice and barley any chow mien I had to ask for more and she looked annoyed when I Asked. The place looks dirty the food quality is horrible chicken was soggy and rice was hard as a rock almost my tooth was in pain after I took a bite. One lady seemed to be one of the cooks on her phone and Handling food. This panda used to be so much better i am truly disappointed I will update this review if I get a reply or some kind of refund and I hope they get there act together I truly enjoy panda but this one at topanga mall is not it. The fortune cookie does not match there actions.

Ordered through Grubhub and there's no place to note anything. You don't send soy sauce? No hot sauce? Not even sauce for the egg rolls??! Such a bummer that you couldn't even throw in 1 sauce packet! I don't enjoy complaining but you should be aware the best part of egg rolls is the dipping sauce. Next time please add sauces. Thank you.

Ah Panda, home to my worst ever fast food experience (10/8/22). First, there was one person at the counter, who was helping people out of order in the line. Then, when she got to each customer she was short, rude, and unfriendly. We all have "those" days. I ordered a bowl and an entree: orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and white rice. They got the bowl right, but when I got home the entree container had white rice only, the chicken (that I absolutely paid for) was missing. I tried calling them several times and no one answered. At that point it was getting late and I didn't want to return to the store. I emailed the customer service on 10/8, and they responded on 10/20 offering me one small "complimentary Small A La Carte Entree to use on your next in-store visit or online order". WHAT? That's less than I paid. If you're desperate I guess this place will do.

Must eat when you are in USA. A famous chinese fastfood chain. Cheap and good and no tipping required. Love their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp

Food was not fresh and had a very limited selection due to me coming soon to closing. One thing I did want to mention was how dirty the seating area was and when I mentioned it to an employee they just stepped to the back. This place is usually pretty okay though!

The service sizes are so unreasonably small that you walk away feeling insulted. Don't waste your time at this panda.
