$63.00 is way to much money for for two mediums and a papadilla the employees were polite but only having the specials online and not in store makes no sense. Guess I should asked what specials were available in store cause I got ripped off!

It was the fastest service ever. I was able to place the order online. Once I received the email confirmation of my order, it gave me an approximate time. I was then emailed that my order would be complete about 10 minutes sooner. Once I arrived to pick up my order, the gentleman who helped me was cheerful and like he was having a good time. The food was hot, and everything was correct. I was asked for confirmation and given the items. There was no need to ask for anything since everything was provided with some extra ranch. The location was clean. No one else was waiting. I just saw the gentleman and a young lady making pizza. I will be returning to this location.

This papa johns is horrible. I pre-ordered my pizza several hours ahead to be delivered at a specific time. When time came, no pizza. An 45 min later I tried calling and wasnt able to gwt ahold of anyone, I went thru the prompts cking my order then trying to place an order, nothing. I dont know why papa johns website picks this location when there are one closer. Will nvr order from this location again!

Originally walked in because I was working on an out of town job and then realized there was only one guy In the back and the girl upfront was helping him, within a few minutes more people had shown up to pickup so I just placed my order online like everything else so she wouldn't have to stop and take my order (this papa John's doesn't have any seating or tables, only carryout and delivery btw) within 10 minutes I had a pizza for me and the homie ?
I paid for 4 pizzas they gave me the wrong order the manager was rude and disrespectful ?

I ordered a delivery online, apparently it was close their closing time. The order went through and I received the confirmation e-mail. But it never arrived. Later I checked my e-mail, they'd sent this e-mail: " We apologize for the inconvenience, but your online order has been cancelled. In the event that we have been unable to contact you via phone regarding your recent Online Order, let this e-mail serve as notice that your order was cancelled."So if they don't feel like working they'll cancel the order. Ridiculously unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I ordered 7 items last night, but the delivery guy only brought three. Instead of getting the rest of the order he said "next time bro". I was charged for the full order. I called the restaurant and the person answering the phone said she couldn't help me, and I'd have to wait for a manager to call me back. A manager still hasn't called. Borderline robbery. Not to mention the fact that the delivery dude kept call from obscure locations that weren't within miles of my home prompting me to run around the blocks looking for a car that wasn't even there.
