Ordered carry out online, waited 20 minutes, drove 20 minutes to pick it up just for them to say (extremely rudely) they didn't have change for a $100 bill. My order was $35. Seems extremely irresponsible to not have $65 in change in your business.

I should have listened to all the bad reviews! I use to enjoy the pizza here, haven't had it on a long time so decided to give it a try. The pizza was extremely salty, crust was like cardboard, they charge a service fee and they also charge for grated parmesean and pepper flakes! Your better off getting a frozen pizza from the market.

Called and asked if we can dine in I was advise we can as they have 4 tables and we can order ahead of time so the order can be ready up to arrival time. When I call in at 3:30 a different person answer and I was advise is not a dine in restaurant is more like a cafeteria and they do not provided plates or glasses for the soda. Glad I ask and all I can say is I will never recommend this location poor customer service .

Pizza was cold and had very little toppings. To be fair, the pizza may have gotten cold sitting outside. Pizza Hut needs to find a way to notify customers when the Pizza arrives via contactless delivery. I had no clue when the Pizza was actually delivered

Not to mention they have delivering to my mom since I was a kid but out ov the blue they say we are out of range and it's closer that the other one. I used to be OK but I will never go to the raw pizza place again. I tried to give no stars but cant

I was not happy but understood the fee for being in California. The cost of business here should just be factored into the prices and not a extra fee. More upsetting was that I was going to be charged for parmesan and crushed red pepper which I passed on.

Service was extremely slow. Had to wait almost twenty more minutes to get my order. It was just a pizza and wings. I ordered online and got there on time too. It was at 3pm too so it was empty and was not rush hour on a Thursday. Also the pizza looked strange like uneven slices, like two pizzas were mixed together.

this pizza hut charged me $30 twice. manager was rude and said i had to call corporate. she always interrupted me and never left me finished. she also said i had to call my bank to file a claim. i was trying to tell her to let the district manager know and she kept interrupting me. definitely a trashy place with ghetto service. never buying here again.
