Pollo Campero delivered a very good experience from start to finish. Lots of parking space made it stress-free, and the quick ordering process ensured minimal waiting time. Opting for togo, I was very surprised to find the chicken remained crispy till we get home. Overall, Pollo Campero offers a nice dining experience coupled with delicious food, definitely returning.

I ordered a meal for 2 people and they only put 1Bread and 1 side order and I ordered a small side of beans and the price was $4. For sure I’m not coming back and also the people that works there is really rude with bad attitud.

Kinda expensive for what you get but I am going to Guatemala and I want to try the real one out there and want to be able to compare flavors - I’ve had other fried Chicken other places with better flavor and less money . It’s good to try probably you will like more ??♂️
I have been coming to this place a lot. Always a good experience. No issues at all. This time I decided to try a Campero bowl which includes house beans, rice, chicken, lettuces and avocado. The price was $14 after tax and that includes fountain drinks. The bowl was good except house beans were a little spicy. I consider the area but would not that be nice if they offer both spicy and spicy options considering having a spicy sauce on every table. The ambience was ok - bright open dining area and no music playing. Cannot complain much - they still have the best fried chicken in the area imho. They offer meals, bowls, salads, chicken sandwich, sides. They don't have deserts for some reason. Service was quick too. Recommended

I usually go through the drive thru and there's this big woman at the window and she's SUPER RUDE I'm not sure why she works there you're supposed to be courteous and nice to the customers but this girl is anything but that other than that the food is good.

I can't believe that I waited 30mins! Meanwhile I only ordered two 3 piece meals. I saw 5 count them 5 people who ordered after me walk out with their food. I heard one lady walked out with 10 pieces, another 15, and another 20pieces. Where is my food. I finally asked for a refund after mintue 30. The staff said she will give you your refund. Who is she???? Then I saw the manager walk by and I asked her. She didn't even look at me she said yeah I will give you your money back. Not explaining why I had been standing there for 30mins. She didn't even want to listen to my complaint. As she shoved my money into my hand I needed some feedback as to why I waited 30mins and give her at least an attempt to justify so I may decide to return. Which by the way she should have been apologetic. But that is another story. She mumbles with her head down and a attitude we are short and you ordered a breast so that's why it took so long! 30mins for a breast! While 5 people who ordered after me walked out with at least 50 pieces of chicken! You mean to tell me one of them didnt leave with a breast! I will never return to this establishment again. And I'm going on Twitter to post this as well. When I asked the managers name she mumbled again ona I don't even know if that's her name yari Is the name on the receipt. She took my order but didn't even think to look at me or update me on why my food was taking so long at minute 15, heck mintue 20 hell at least at mintue 25! I'm owed some type of courtesy acknowledgement. But no I had to engage them at mintue 30! You could give me $100 worth of chicken breast and I still would never come back here after how yari and the manager treated me. After getting my money back yari was at the front door taking an order out to a car. I asked her was her mangers name ona like the lady told me. She ignored me and walked right past me! Wow! Not one person apologized for taking 30 mins out of my day. As I write this it is 2:34 pm. My order was made at 1:42pm! Order number 30042. So I type that to show I have been at this establishment for almost an hour no food. But I refused to leave this parking lot without taking this survey and posting on X and yelp.

Terrific! The food was hot and crisp, and came out quickly. They accidently rung up our order wrong, and gave us several pieces of chicken for free :) Great great great service!Parking: Plenty of parking!
Great service, great staff, clean Restaurant.The only issue is that I ordered 3 individual orders to go, we love chicken breast, we paid for it, non of the orders came with breast. Make a mistake in one order is totally understandable, but in the 3 orders?,any ways I'm giving this location the benefit of the doubt and I will come back soon to purchase my chicken breast. Let's see what happen next time.

I came in to this restaurant on tired after a long day of work and as I’m ordering this heavy set girl with curly hair I believe by the name Claudia had a terrible attitude and was very rude and disrespectful. While I’m ordering I am asking her questions and she is rolling her eyes and proceeds to tell me go ahead order. I reported her to her manager Kevin and explained to him the disrespect I received and he did absolutely nothing . I will never come back here because I can’t even trust that my order will be made correctly. This happened on 01/21 at approximately 5:45pm. Don’t recommend this place simply because of the terrible costumer service.Update: I responded to the email and have not heard back. Email was sent 01/22.
