Great experience here. Ordered on their kiosk and it was accurate and seamless even during lunch rush.I got the veggie burger and it was savory and delicious. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger and it too was good. Definitely try the dragonfruit lemonade!The only downside is the portion size for the value is small.The service was attentive and kind, shoutout to Isaac!

First time I ever tried Shake Shack - was very happy. The fries are different but good in their own way. I hope they open more locations in the Inland Empire.
Tried K BBQ burger for the first time here. Nicely packed paper box I got. No bbq smell I know well. Tried K style fries first. Not much of bulgogi I expected. Burger so small! From my experience Shake Shake other place and other time, don't remember this small! Anyway it didn't taste K style for me. Sauce came with K fries tasted like a sauce mixed gochujang and mayo. Imagine the taste?!

We ordered the Veggie shack Burger and it was so good and fresh. I was able to taste each flavour, it was well made and the main thing is that it was freshly made. I loved the place and will definitely revisit.

FYI this outlet is in the food court/dining terrace. It is NOT in Topanga Social. Look for signs to the dining terrace on level 2. Also there are 2 Shake Shacks, one is across the street. Make sure you are ordering at the right one. This one is inside the, the other one is across the street and much more easy accessible parking wise.

Bad food & service. And I've ordered from other locations so it's just this one. I ordered on the app and got a confirmation email but never got the text that it was ready. I finally went in about 5 minutes after the email said it would be ready and of course it had just been sitting there. It took about 5 minutes for someone to attend me, even though there were plenty of employees in the back. My food was cold, the cheese was hard, and my burger was crunchy. Never coming here again.

When you walk in the restaurant it is very clean. Had only been here once before during the Pandemic. Was fumbling with my phone and the app and was asked if I needed help. Yes I did! It turns out it was Frankie the manager. So helpful and kind and made sure I ordered and it went through. Have been in search of a good hamburger and my Shack burger was delicious. The fries were delicious as well. Look forward to going back and try a different burger. Thank you Frankie, your kindness goes a long way. Clean and great service!
The double avocado burger was kinda rubbery. Taste was good. Shake was very good. Service was great. Not worth it for $19.

Poppy sugar cookie shake is more sugar than it is cookie or shake. That being said, if you're craving, super sweet lactose, sugar, cotton candy, cookie flavor shake. This is exactly what you need to satisfy that craving. And that's what I like about Shake Shack, because no matter how small the portions are, and how high the prices are I've never disappointed with what I put in my mouth and my stomach. I'm also always happy with how friendly the service is, no matter how hard they try to make it impersonal with the kiosk ordering when there's four people standing right there in front of me. It would be so much easier for me to just tell them, give me a burger and a shake . But we don't wanna make it easy because that doesn't build character. I suppose that's why boomers don't eat at Shake Shack because it takes too long to figure out how to even get a burger and fries.

I don't understand the hype about this place. The only positive thing I noticed about the restaurant was it's exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive staff. My burger was tasteless with pieces of grizzle, falling apart; the two quarters sized tomato slices and the two square inch piece of lettuce did nothing to enhance it, either. The fries were 'okay'. For the price we expected more This was a one-and-done for us; we'll be back up Topanga for better food at a lower price - In 'N Out.
