Went during covid time, best to have your food to go. Not much room for dine in. All I had was pupusas and horchata, they were good.

Food is good but waiting time is not good , actitud NO GOOD AT ALL. I was there today to pick up 6 popusas ana I have to wait 25 more minutes and they don't have control on the amount of people it was like 15 inside thats not good , the cashier some times she pack the salsa and the curtido I think she should only be taking ordes and manage the money not food .

The pupusas were not good. They were half cooked and had very little filling. I was basically eating maza (flour). I ordered 8 and only ate 2 hoping they would get better as I ate. Also, I waited and hour for them.

Called in an order at 12:15 it is now 1:04 they told me it was going to take 25 min it's not a big order very simple and it's not ready unbelievable!

Food is great, but customer service is really bad + long wait for the food always. Cashiers are not following covid-19 protocols. The owner should do something about it so everyone can be okay.

This place is filled with rude staff you literally go in won't take your order until they want to, the food is not worth the time or money.
Service does lack. They will not greet you not acknowledge you unless you say something first but honestly the quality of the food makes up for it. Very delicious pupusas and tamales! If you're looking for cheap tamales (1.75) this place is it!

I have come to this place twice and the women working here see me come in but never greet me or approach the counter to take my order. I don't know what the issue is but it could be because I'm not mexican. I have seen them take other people's orders but oh well racism is alive in these folks too

very bad service !!! why make an appointment, if theyre going to be ready an hour later. i came inside to pick up my order and they told me they were going to be ready in 40 minutes.. on top of that, theyre attitude is rude all the time. i hate their service ! dont get me wrong, pupusas are good, but service matters !!! im not going there anymore & i suggest you dont. theres a new spot that opened on owensmouth & sherman way. go there !!!
