I used to be a regular here for a year. I spent a lot of money at this location. They have ruined my cold brew 5 times in a row and my iced brown sugar oat latte twice in a day today. I live quite close by and I love the location but this new hire or whoever she is made a bad drink for what they charged me $6 and she remade it worse. So I went in now just to let her know it wasn’t good so you can keep it. She made a mean face and said a bad comment to me and complained about me to the supervisor that “he is back again now inside” and said something mean about me to the supervisor. I just wanted them to have this drink back since was bland and I would just leave but this employee made it worse. This Starbucks location has ruined my drinks over $50 already. The supervisor was helpful but not really as she started making a joke as I wanted this to be reported to higher authority like manager and she was like who 911. She just remade for me and gave me 2 $4 gift cards. I did not want these cards and don’t intend to use it. Also this drink tasted bad 3rd time again. I think they missed the brown sugar! I have called Starbucks in the past to get a refund but every time they want this to be resolved at the location and they did not resolve this. The employee who made the drink for me twice made a very bad face and was complaining about me and was not professional like Starbucks usually is. I want this report to go to the head of the office or Starbucks and I want this location to be evaluated in depth regarding the service and the way they make drinks as it is not good. It sucks but I used to be a regular here. Please report this. Also this was built for the experience not much the drink and if the service would have been good I wouldn’t have asked it to be remade! Thank you!

Customer service is TERIBLE!!!!! SUPER SLOW. If you plan on waiting 15 minutes for one cup of coffee it's not worth it. The store was empty was the only person inside but somehow they managed to make me wait 15 minutes for a black cup of coffee. Never will come back here and they're in need of good workers. Terrible customer service and don't recommend. They're also very rude when you ask how long until an order is ready, I asked once and was shown very rude attitude from a young girl. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Beautiful atmosphere, but I don’t know if all employees are new. I work across the street and I was so excited to finally walk to my favorite coffee spot. I was bummed ? to have got my coffee re done 4 times and the employee even question if she was putting the right milk or how many shots of syrup and coffee I get on my drink. I was like girl what’s your favorite drink, “she answered she never liked coffee” that sucks I won’t be using this Starbucks close to me. I threw money to waste for the first time Starbucks did me wrong… I don’t think my White Mocha never tasted so bland. And to top it off I know my coffee tastes and my favorite one is White Mocha, and to have made it so bad and was upset at the fact I told her this isn’t the taste of this drink. ?And to top it off I stood there for a while to even get noticed!

Hands down Sameeria is a true definition of EXCELLENCY! My mother is allergic to sea salt, after placing an order I realized I should confirm if the oat milk in the chai has sea salt. Being that I already ordered it, I assumed it will be a problem or an inconvenience to the employee once I pulled up through drive through for pick up/pay. That assumption was way off :) When I mentioned it to Sameeria, with a "can do" and positive behavior, she said not problem and will validate the ingredients. Sure enough it had sea salt. With great hesitation, as I didn't want to be a bother, I asked to check the Almond milk. Again with a smile she said no problem. Unfortunately it also had sea salt. She willingly checked other non dairy products + dairy ones, the final conclusion was the milk option. Again, through the entire experience she demonstrated care, was super humble, patient, friendly, and professional! I have experience with training employees the importance of customer service, and she NAILED it and went above and beyond! Thank you Sameeria for your incredible aura, cheers to your amazing self! You locked in another returning customer! Keep on shining!

Do not come here unless you have an hour to kill. They are about able to multitask and get the drinks right the first time yet.

This place never has blueberries. It's a small thing to complain about, I know, but when all you come for is a blueberry oatmeal, it's VERY ANNOYING! Now I have to wait in their ridiculous 30 minute drive thru line to not get anything.

OK THE BARISTA who made my dring is awesome. I was going to give it two stars, Due to the fact the 2nd barista was rude, I CAN BE PETTY TOO. I ask you twice for a straw gracefully, but you ignored me. LUCKILY the barista again who made my drink was politely, and she told me it's fun making my drink. I added two more stars, AFTER THE FACT.
