This place never disappoints me. It's been consistent for years lol like their spicy chicken sandwich and their potato salad are my go to for years! The workers are quick, friendly and efficient. I will continue to come back.

They are located in the Westfield Topanga Food Court so very casualI dining. Convenient location if you have shopping to do. You order at the counter until they call your number. I think they offer the tastiest fast food. I ordered the Santa Fe Ham sandwich. Quality ingredients, little spicy and good portion. Comes with either mix green or Caesar salad. They offer different dressing options.Very full filing. Workers are not very engaging. In fact I think the lady who helped me did not speak English so well but no big deal. I pointed out what I needed and we resolved. It can get pretty hectic on weekends.

Barely a line, but I still waited 25 minutes for a mid sandwich with missing ingredients

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered 2 salads and the chicken tasted like BLEACH. This is the most unprofessional fast casual experience I've ever had. I got to the register and the man working was extremely rude. I just figured I guess that's what I get for getting food during the lunch rush at the mall, but I was already thinking I wouldn't come back because of his bad attitude. I finally got my food (after much confusion from the women working on assembly) and brought it home only for it to be completely inedible. I ordered a pb & j for my daughter and tossed that too because I was nervous about the state of their prep areas due to the extreme chemical taste of the chicken. Please do yourself a favor, and don't order food here! It's not worth the health risk!

Gave me the wrong order, not the first time. The short lady with the blonde order messed it up and gave me a smirk of evil???

First time here and ordered the garlic and basil chicken sandwich with pasta salad on the side. I'd give the meal a 8/10. The sandwich was a bit dry but was flavorful, as was the pasta salad. The portion wasn't super big for the price but was enough to fill me up. I'd return and maybe try a different sandwich.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a beef brisket sandwich. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find slices of bacon on half of the sandwich. As someone who does not consume bacon due to religious reasons, this was quite distressing. This oversight raises serious concerns about the restaurant's awareness and respect for dietary restrictions based on religious beliefs. It's crucial for eateries to be mindful of such important details to ensure all customers have a pleasant dining experience without compromising their personal or religious values. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Being in a mall the atmosphere is . . . Mall chaos. But the Santa fe hot ham sandwich is the best thing

Disgusting. I went right when they had opened and I was observing the area and I did not see anyone making my salad. I am assuming the salad I got was old since the chicken looked pale and the lettuce tasted frozen. On top of this as I was looking through the salad a fruit fly came out. When I asked them if they had just made my salad they hesitated to say yes and then I told them of the fly and they gave me attitude about it being true. I asked for a refund. Bad customer service and bad quality food.

The sandwhich was delish until i bit onto some hard pieces and the salad croutons were hard as hell also I ordered online for pick up and no one could seem to be bothered to hand the food over it was ready i just needed someone to hand it to me but ill cut them some slack because it was the lunch rush and i know it can be overwhelming the only thing i enjoyed without any problems was the arnold palmer and the sandwhich was definitely good just throw off by the bones im guessing I'll definitely give them another try

It's a mall food court place and for that it delivers in spades. Food is good- solid clean and tasty. Service is efficient and friendly. Nice place to eat if you are avoiding greasy fried foods or enjoy light sandwiches and salads.

Came in craving an old classic spot. I got the garlic & basil chicken sandwich with pasta salad (sadly they don't have the potato salad anymore!) the Sandwhiches was good as I remember but the pasta salad was not it had no flavor and was dry I was better off getting a Caesar salad!
