Let's talk about the Taco Bell at DeSoto and Roscoe. Honestly, it's probably the best Taco Bell in the area, maybe even in the whole country, or possibly the world. This place is amazing. They give you plenty of everything you ask for. The people who work here are great. I really enjoy coming here, but I have to do it without my wife knowing because she doesn't like me eating this kind of food.They're really generous here. If you ask for extra cheese, you get a ton. Want more sauce? You'll get loads. The staff here are super talented. They make food that's really good and they make sure you're happy with your order.I sneak over here like I'm on some secret mission, all to avoid my wife finding out. It feels like I'm in a spy movie, full of excitement, all for some tacos. This Taco Bell is my secret spot. If I can keep coming here without causing any issues at home, then everything's good.So, this Taco Bell isn't just a place to get fast food. It's a big deal for someone like me. It's a place where I can enjoy what I love, even if I have to be a bit sneaky about it. I'd definitely recommend it, even if it means I have to be a little rebellious to enjoy their food.

Ricardo at the front counter on Saturday evening, December 9th has great customer service skills. He came out from behind the counter and was pointing to things on the menu and describing them to me while having a natural conversation. He really represents your business well and the food is t bad either.

I wouldn't leave this review as I understand that Taco Bell is a hit or miss most of the time, but I wanted to specifically mention that the soft and crunchy tacos I purchased here tasted super odd. The meat tasted old, I can't really pin point what it was, there was a strong aftertaste of iron as well, like I was tasting blood, which completely ruined my appetite and had me feeling nauseous after having a couple. The soft tacos in my order weren't properly put together either, everything was everywhere, as if they just threw the ingredients on the tortilla and forgot to wrap things up before throwing it into the wrapper. Not a favorable experience, I won't be back here again.

They accidentally messed up my order and I was on lunch so I couldn't come back so I called and spoke to the manager Ivan he made sure my food was re done once I got offWork . They were helpful and professional about the whole situation

Now I can see why they only have a 2.2 star rating at this location. I went through their drive thru at this location to grab a small lunch. I ordered a burrito and when I was asked if there was anything else I'd like I asked if I could please have a cup of water because I don't like Pepsi products and I was told they don't do that there. This is unacceptable, I am a paying customer and I just wanted a cup of water. Needless to say I will not visit that location again. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
