They put ruffles potato chips in burger. Don't have a whole lot more to say other that is massively unprofessional, inappropriate and rather disgusting. Definetly going to think twice about ever going to any wendys after visiting this one

Ordered at the drive thru and there was no line but the cashier was not welcoming nor friendly; this is the third time she’s done that and it’s the same lady. I asked her for an ice water and she gave me her ugly attitude. Not ever coming back to this Wendy’s location.

This location isn't the greatest but it is the closest to me. First off they NEVER have cup holders. I still don't understand how every time I come they are always out of cup holders. The food is usually right and good but they sometimes have you wait over 5 minutes for fries, which wouldn't be a big deal but they don't tell you until you are at the window and usually the wait is over 5 minutes and sometimes the fries aren't even hot after waiting. I wish they would get cup holders and communicate wait times better but at least my order is usually always right.

I didn't feel good eating my food because one of the girl was serving my food and touching it without gloves, that was disgusting I don't think that it's right.

Don't mean to be rude but I work at a restaurant and we don't stop seating people 10 minutes before closing . Respectfully, these people are lazy for shutting all their lights off and refusing customer service 10 mins before they officially close . Besides that food is great love Wendys but hate that I drove my way up here just in time for them to not take not only my order but a couple cars before me. Will be going to the one in Woodland Hills or reseda for now on.

While having lunch at this establishment I observed several homeless people that were not paying customers just walk in directly to the fountain drink machines and fill up dirty filthy cups with their favorite drink and hang out in dining room for a while, that really grossed me out, this place needs more enforcement to prevent this from happening.
Everyone was nice. It looked like they were cleaning up before closing but when I walked up they cleaned their hands and ask to help me.Went back to get something to go, same courteous service.Double cheese burger was great, haven't been in a while, have to go back again. And wow, so much stuff to try other than burgers on the menu. And i heard someone talking about the summer salads coming out soon. Hmmm.

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo. When I got my food and was about to take a bit into it I notice the meat looked black and very veiny. I had to throw the entire order away accept for the drink. I also didn't receive my receipt, in which I thought it was put inside my bag and wasn't. I will be reporting this to corporate. I suggest to everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Something fishy is going on there. Lately when I've ordered through Uber Eats, the portions of my Fries has been little. Very disappointed in this meal I ordered through the drive thru today
