Wont ever go back. I always saw this place and figured I'd try it. Got the ribeye steak, teriyaki chicken and Tokyo fried chicken. The steak was salty and tasted like frozen Salisbury steak. The chicken was under cooked and the Tokyo fried chicken was cooked in old grease. The chicken is all thigh meat which I done eat. So a waste of money. I should have known it wasn't going to be good. It was empty and I didn't smell any food cooking.

I went in there when it was crowded. The staff was working very hard to get all of the orders out. The people cooking were moving as fast as they could. Lupe was great even as some customers were being rude. The manager Fatima was also doing a great job.

I came to this location 2/21 in the afternoon. The rice was over cooked and watery, beef had no flavor. They need to follow the recipe! Worst location I've been to. I also got the Tokyo Fried Chicken and it was undercooked, pink, and stringy.

The owner to this place doesn’t care about their customers or employees since the whole restaurant is run by 3 only ,I wait in line for a good 15 and when I ask for the service I was told they would help me when they have time ,this is not the workers problem but the owner for not hiring the right amount of

I would give it a no star.. Fat guy in the back just didn't care about taking Th veggies out. Lady in the front young not old. The elder lady & the elder man are great. It's the 2 people you have working on Friday the 16th of February at 6 pm. Horrible service. F###### up the order and didn't even try to make a new one. Don't even come here. Horrible.

Definitely in a sketchy area but the restaurant is clean and service was fast. We actually caught a dead time too so everything was just exactly what I expected. The chowder was a little runnier than I remember but still tasted amazing over my beef bowl?

The service was very bad. As the manager was. I went there for lunch, and I ask them no onion on my plate. when I got my order there was onions.So I gave my order back and showed manager. Then she got my order and went in the back and started to remove the onion with her hands, no glove, disgusting.
People here are so nice. I’m lucky I have a branch near me.

Update: The app is a total failure there is always an issue redeeming my rewards. Maybe it's just this location? I haven't been going here as much as I used to.Unlike the dozens of fast food apps I use with easy regularity, I'm extremely confused about how yoshinoya's app works. The problem is that the employees are more confused than I am. The managers even more so.
