Meh, it was okay. The service was fine, not overly friendly, the food was fine, not bad, not great, the atmosphere was so-so, it was loud and there really weren't a lot of customers but a lot of employees which is where most of the noise came from. The seating was uncomfortable, hard wooden chairs. Overall, it was kind of a disappointing date night for my husband and I. Music would have saved the experience, but it was so loud you couldn't hear it. We were looking for a new place to go, I guess we'll keep looking.

My husband and I went to brunch at Canyon Cowboy this past Sunday. The inside I think is more of a bar atmosphere. However, they have a very nice patio. My husband and I are celebrating our 10 year wedding Anniversary. Our anniversary was April 5, and we have more celebrations. My husband has a theory that usually bars don’t have good food, and that has been the case everywhere we have been that has been a bar/ lounge atmosphere. Canyon Cowboy is the exception. The food was absolutely delicious. I spoke with Riley the host before we came in and I made a reservation and let her know that we are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. I had the Chicken and Waffles absolutely fantastic! My husband and the breakfast burrito, excellent. The only thing that we thought was strange is that it didn’t come with a side like had browns or fruit, tater tots, something, we had to order them separately, and we had a buy one brunch get one free, but if we didn’t that would have made the cost very expensive for breakfast. The service was good, and they were nice enough to bring out a dessert for our anniversary.

General manager decided not to allow us to eat here after seeing our dog in her bag. We’ve been coming here once a week with our dog and never and issue. Today she felt like saying something. I recommended so many people here. You’ve lost a customer forever.

Went here on my birthday a few years ago. Its a fun bar and did enjoy my time there. While hanging with my group of girlfriends a man approached us and started talking to us. He was extremely intoxicated (its a bar at night so no big deal) we chatted and he found out it was my birthday and offered to buy me a drink. I agreed and went to the bar with him. He was old enough to be my father. Well as we waited for my beer and his drink he tried to KISS ME!!!!! I leaned away to avoid the kiss and he tried to joke with me after to play it off. I was extremely uncomfortable after this and ordered my lyft home. As my girls and I were walking to my lyft he followed us out of the bar. Uncomfortable we turned around and went back in and informed our lyft to please wait because a man was trying to follow us. The lyft driver told us he was waiting at the top of the ramp looking around. We went to the bouncer to tell him and he replied "Oh thats just ----. He does that all the time." Honestly it was fine till the bouncer brushed us off. Our lyft driver parked and walked down to come get us he explained his daughter was our age and he wanted to make sure we were safe. The man tried to approach us when the lyft driver intercepted him and told him to leave us alone. Haven't been back since and probably won't. Was disappointed in how it was handled.Parking: Very few spots and very difficult to find one once it's busy!!!!!

I love stopping in here. Food is always delicious and they have entertainment at different times. Way back I used to come here for line dancing but that stopped during covid.

My husband and I tried the wings and had them cooked with the sauce on the side. So good....the crispiness was perfect and the seasoning they use was great.
Struggles at best. Bottom line up front: 1. Food made me sick 2. Service was unprofessional and childlike 3. Restaurant was dirty and disorganized The prices are high for such an underperforming restaurant. My guess is they've enjoyed modest success and decided to get lazy. I would really like to like this place based on its location and overall vibe, however the glaring deficiencies can not be overlooked. Spent an hour in the bathroom following my dinner. Hostesses we're a train wreck, server was poorly dressed and groomed and generally seemed confused, food was expensive and undercooked. Find somewhere else to eat.

The service was extremely slow only came to the table twice. Food was not prepared to the menu and one person in our party didn't get their food til after everyone was done. Such a bummer... we love supporting local business but quality is so low:(

We are new to the area and had been wanting to try a local restaurant. We decided to give Canyon Cowboy a try. We made a reservation ahead of time and arrived early. We were seated right away. Our Server (Jessica) was very attentive thru out our stay. I had the Pot Roast and my husband had their Salmon. We both enjoyed our food very much and enjoyed the atmosphere. The hostess was also very friendly too which made us feel like we had made a good choice. Will definitely be back.
