I guess what you're all looking for is a review of the food, and it is excellent. My daughter and I had mini chocolate chip cookies hot out of the oven and they were fantastic. But this review is about the kindness of one employee, who helped me after I fell hard outside the entrance to the mall. I asked for a cup of ice for my badly bruised hands and offered to pay for the cup. She waved away my offer, agreed to give me ice, and suggested that I ask customer service/security for an ice pack that would last longer. They only had bandages, so I went back to Sherri's, where the employee not only gave me ice, but blended it first so it would be more comfortable. Just before handing me the bag, she offered me and my daughter the aforementioned hot from the oven chocolate chip cookies. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. This woman changed how I felt about a pretty crappy situation, and she earned a customer for life.

Love their cookies! I'm a baker and have high standards for cookies, rarely buying any out a second time. I love the chocolate chip, chocolate chip w m&ms and the white chocolate macadamia. Delicious!

I hate to leave a bad review.. but I have been going here for the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies for about a year. They are usually great but last time the macadamia nuts tasted a little off. I thought I was just imagining it and its hard to really tell with so much sugar and chocolate covering the taste. I ended up with food poisoning for the last 2 days.I know there can be supply chain issues these days or maybe somehow some old macadamia nuts slipped into this batch? I don't know but macadamia nuts can go rancid and male you very sick (they can give you salmonella). I'm not making a formal complaint because like I said I enjoyed these cookies for a whole year and who knows what happened. Just want to make sure the people baking these check with the supplier or store the macadamia nuts better in the future. Unfortunately I won't be back because this was such a bad experience :( ... I can't eat those cookies again. :( it really might not be the fault of sherries cookies anyway it might be the supplier etc.. but someone at the bakery needs to look into that and figure it out.

Great cookies. Thin, buttery, and chewy! They offer deals such as buy 3 get 1 free and other discounts depending on your purchase. Careful because the price can get racked up. Although please be wary if you have allergies! My friend did have a reaction while eating these.

Bad service! Older Hispanic lady initiates to take our order having already made eye contact but then diverts her attention when she saw someone she knew standing next to us on the other side of the counter. They exchanged a few words and we had to repeat our order cuz she wasn't listening. Just rude.

This is my first time to buy the caramel apple here. I asked the staff to cut it for me. They takes a long time to cut the apple and packed it in a paper bag. When I back home and open the bag, the inside of apple is rotten with the black dots. They still give it to me. Will never come back.

Sherri’s Cookies! If you have been to the Capitola Mall then you may have seen these guys or even tried them yourself. They have these little TOLL HOUSE Chocolate Chip Cookies and mini snickerdoodles. I love just grabbing a few since they are small.I needed to grab a sweet treat one day and stopped here while waiting for another order nearby. They had just baked some fresh cinnamon roll twists that were not even frosted yet. I got two of them to go and they were so delicious and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth.Everyone who works here is super-nice and always helpful. Check them out if you're at the mall and have a sweet tooth.
