Loved Alexandra and Mitchell. They were amazing, it's just unfortunate that they don't have enough staff to have all of the food items on their menu so the menu was extremely hacked and not complete.

From the host, back waiters, servers and bartenders everyone was on point! Service was outstanding! Food and drinks were great and everyone was supper nice to my little 2 year old! Highly recommend! We are locals but felt like I was vacationing being there!

The waiter and bartender were very nice. We arrived first with reservations for dinner and the person seating us tried to give us a bad table!! I had to ask for a view table with nobody there. No excuse for that. Also, she was not pleasant or welcoming so bad first impression. The diver scallops were very tasty but smaller than they should be. There was only one other party of 2 in the whole restaurant and it took forever to get the food! No excuse for that either. The lamb was good but overcooked, and the vegetables were not even hot. For the amount this restaurant cost (way overpriced) I expected outstanding food which we didn't get. After dinner I told the waiter the lamb was not cooked rare as it was ordered, and he took $20 off the final bill. Although I like the ocean view we will never return here. There are much better restaurants to spend more than $200 for a meal!

If you have a breakfast benefit from Bonvoy status you can dine here or next door at the Sheraton. I’d highly recommend the Sheraton over 20Twenty. The staff at the Sheraton are friendlier and more attentive. We had a bad situation with billing at 20Twenty too. My wife did not want a full continental breakfast (covered by coupon) so asked for just the yogurt, toast, and tea. instead of billing us for the continental we were billed for each item individually, costing more than the cost of the continental. We then had a bill of $10. The Sheraton staff had not charged us for the same order on the few days prior.

Not a great experience here unfortunately. We came for a special Valentine's Day 4 course dinner. The highlight was the free bouquet of flowers and glass of champagne they served when we arrived. Mostly downhill after that. We waited nearly 20 minutes before the first server came... and after 15 minutes waiting for them to come back to take our drink order we ended up walking to the bar to get drinks ourselves. The staff were very nice, there just weren't enough of them. Our second course (salad and soup) arrived very late (they apologized) and then they served our main entrees at the same time. I don't think that's how a 4 course meal works. Steak was overcooked. We didn't even finish the dessert. Didn't stop us from enjoying each other's company though.

This price fixed dinner was a poor experience. We arrived at 6:30 and the restaurant was only a third full. The service was very slow. The tables around us had very different timing. The truffle salad dressing made the salad unedible. Too strong and slathered. The filet was overcooked, the side were cold when finally served. the chocolate dessert was a collection of store bought items, some were stale. Just terrible

The restaurant states on their website that they serve brunch on Sat-Sun. We arrive on Saturday for our reservation, and handed a minimal lunch menu. The server stated that oh yeah, there's no brunch today. No other explanation was given, and we were very disappointed. The service was mediocre, food came out late, the server looked like she didn't want to be there. The food was adequate, but I wouldn't go back to this place.

Staying at the hotel where the Restaurant is, no brainer… go eat there!!! Chef Jeremy Belshaw even stepped out of his kitchen to come and discuss his choices ! All the dishes I ate were of superb quality ! Design, ingredients , cooked to perfection !!! The wine list has no limits ! It is flawless !! I would take this chef and put him in the heaven of restaurants business! The sky is the limit !!!

Food was good, but service was terrible. Ordered a charcuterie to start, salads/soup to follow, but it all came to the table at the same time as the main course! The waitress missing in action throughout the night. Very not impressed.

There were only 4 or 5 tables full in the restaurant with the server difficult to understand due to her mask. The service was adequate but the food was terrible. Not only was it barely warm, the salmon, vegetables and potatoes just so dry we did not eat them. The last disappointment was the cookies served to celebrate a birthday. We will never eat again at the 20 Twenty restaurant.

Our experience was limited to just breakfast. But, I thought the food was good — not great — and our service bordered on lousy! Wasn't a big fan of the breakfast sausage, thus I wished I would've opted for the bacon or some other breakfast meat. I thought the pancakes were excellent, however! The big breakfast spoiler for me was our waitress. She certainly didn't fit the part and wasn't like the hostess or other waitresses that other tables had — our server seemed to have missed the required training, leading me to wonder if she might have been an emergency fill in from some other function! She really was quite unfriendly, extremely slow, and very much lacking in basic waitress service skills — all probably bad skillset matches at a high-end, high-priced resort/spa setting. No one wants to be greeted to a grumpy, inattentive, and slow service provider when you're essentially paying to get pampered or to be treated at least a little better than at Denny's! We were actually quite happy when she announced that she was going to be on break and someone else would be taking care of us. However, our elation was short-lived as she seemed to be on break for only a short five minutes! Other than this, everything else was acceptable!

The Christmas Dinner was horrendous. The food was so bad I can't believe I paid $125 per person. On top of that they automatically added an 18% tip for a party of 4. Ridiculous.

We were very dissatisfied with the lobster bisque. Didn't even taste like lobster bisque. It was more like dark gravy thing. My salmon was way too salty and had very little veggies. The dessert was good. The service was excellent.
