I went for the first time today and will definitely be going back. The king pao tacos are delicious (I love the sauce on them). Can't wait to try more from their menu.

The food here is entirely vegan!! It tasted amazing and I was extremely satisfied afterwards. Food had lots of flavor. It’s a bit pricey but worth the try I think!

This place rocks! The sandwiches are the best. I went with the recommendation from the staff and he was spot on. Call them back after eating my sandwich just to give a big THANK YOU and let them know, I'll BE BACK for sure!

Best vegan Mac and cheese I’ve had!

I am speechless. Incredible. Best lunch I've had in forever. Wow. Will be back. Jackfruit tacos, Cuban sandwich, desert, all top notch. As I am tying in car I see them doing a thorough cleaning/sterilization of the outside table we were at. Perfect lunch, thanks Bigfoot!

I love their menu and there's a lot to choose from. If your order before getting then it's really fast. But if you order and wait, it may take longer probably because everything is made to order and fresh. Great tasting Vegan food - it's my go-to place for healthy meals!!!

What a great find!!! We are always looking for healthy alternatives and we scored with Bigfoot Naturals. We ordered the Jaka Asada burrito with homemade Mole sauce, the Kung Pao tacos and Mac and Cheese. Everything was delicious but the burrito was the favorite!!! Everything was excellent and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. We also had three of the cookies for dessert, also very good. The owner and staff were very welcoming and their food shows their passion for healthy living. The price is on the higher side compared to fast food buttttt this isn't fast food, it's healthy and delicious. Plus no bloating or uncomfortable feeling after eating. Thank you Bigfoot Naturals for sharing your passion for healthy eating with us! Well done!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. First off... THANK YOU for the compostable & paper packaging. I cannot tell you how lovely it feels to order takeout without crippling environmentalist guilt. And the food! So freaking delicious! I ordered the Cajun Dirty Mac and the Portabella Cheez Stake Sandwich, and both were drool worthy. They don't rely on frying like some vegan places, the flavors are complex and fresh. And they use organic, sustainably sourced materials. Does it get any better? I will be back. Many, many times.

We ordered from here and the food was SO delicious and packaged in all compostable/recyclable packaging, which just makes the experience THAT much better! Their food is packed full of flavor and presented beautifully. We tried the two types of tacos and the banana bread and were debating which one was more delicious. I can't wait to order again!

Can I say this is a place I will be a regular at?! The owners are so amiabl, and have such an eclectic diversity of items on the menu. The jackfruit tacos, Kung Pow tacos, Daal were all so well spiced and flavored. The Daal was absolutely excellent! I'm South Indian so I am a tough critic! They're very sincere and amiable and I'm so happy to have found a delicious small vegan business!

My favorite vegan place to go while in the area! If you like going to family owned restaurants that take their time to actually talk to you and treat you like a person - this is the place to go. They answer all of your questions and will try to accommodate your needs as best as they can. On the three occasions that I've been there, the jackfruit tacos & the mac and cheese were great! Their chocolate cookies are amazing and they never fail to have cool/trendy drinks. Thanks for always being super sweet and having gluten free options! (P.s. Please expect a little wait time. It's not McDonald's. It's real people making real food for you. )

Planning a trip to Carlsbad so Google vegan restaurants and called and spoke to the owner. What lovely people! He also mentioned that their menue is completely vegan now and very open minded about accommodating a guest that also eats all raw. Looking forward to going there and also meeting the owners in person. Love to support small businesses that work so hard to be ethical and healthy.

Saw so many amazing reviews of this place I had to come check it out when I was staying in the area. It was a bit out of the way for me even though it's technically in Carlsbad but it's located in a busy shopping center way east and inland and there is a lot of traffic coming from the coast. So first off, don't just think you are going to fly over to this place quickly to grab something to eat unless you live or work nearby this place. That was my bad! The menu is kind of interesting here with a twist on popular favorites such a mac and cheese, taco plates, burritos and comforting sandwiches. They also do a few specialty plates like lentil or mung bean curry and a Spanish Stew make with sweet potatoes and tomatoes. It's a very non assuming place with a couple who own the restaurant and look to run the whole operation from order taking to even serving you. Super nice people and helpful on explaining the menu so you can decide what to get if you are new to the place. Unfortunately, the drawback on only two people working there that is the wait to order and get your food was way longer than I was anticipating. So I would suggest if you want to make the trek to this place you plan for over an hour at least plus driving time to get a meal. I was planning to eat there but had to end up getting it to go because of needing to meet up with someone so that was the only bummer with this place. I got a sample of their taco, their jackfruit ones specifically I was interested in as I normally have the hardest time finding good tasting jackfruit. Most place use canned forms of the veg meat and it usually has no flavor with strange textures of stringiness. I was reassured by the owner that they have a good supplier that is not canned and they hand prepare everything with their own spices etc. The taco comes with a mini side of sweet potatoes and black beans. The other thing I tried was the Portabella Cheezesteak Sandwich made with their baby portobellas and tempeh and grilled onions and bell peppers. This comes on a baguette and smothered with vegan cheese. As mentioned earlier I had to take away my orders and try later. First off, the taco was fantastic, it had a really nice texture and was moist and full of flavor unlike any other jackfruit I've tried previously. The tortillas were super fresh just like I would expect in a place like San Diego County. The side sweet potatoes and black beans were a pass. The beans were hard as a rock and the potatoes tasted old and hard. But the taco was fantastic. The Sandwich was super amazing. When I first saw all of the cheese sauce on this big boy Sammie I was thinking it was going to taste soggy as they put a boatload of that stuff on it lol. But surprisingly everything comes together and I really liked the tempeh as they mixed it with the mushrooms in small pieces. Tempeh is another thing I don't always like but they do it really well here. I had the sandwich as leftovers the following day and toasted up the whole sandwich until the bread was crispy and it was so good even the next day. So overall besides the long wait here most of the items I got were very well executed and I do like to support the mom and pop places that been unfairly punished in this time so I definitely recommend you check this place out if you have a good chunk of time and want to try out some innovative vegan dishes.

I have a garlic allergy which makes eating out really difficult. The staff here was super helpful helping to figure out garlic free options. They even have a garlic free sauce which many restaurants don't have. I had a specially made garlic free version of the vegan cheese-steak sandwich. It was delicious and came with a side of sweet potato chunks topped with delicious garlic free sauce. Everything tasted fresh and healthy. Will definitely be back
