Prepaid order and when I got there they did not have my gluten free bagels. They tried to get me to sub another bagel which I did not want. Clerk walked away and showed up with manager who suggested I take something else. I wanted gluten free and he reluctantly said he would refund the gf bagels but couldn’t do it right away. That was 3 weeks ago and still no refund.

surprised to see a 3 stars. I came here for the first time on a Sunday morning and had the bacon, tomato, avocado with egg between a cheddar cheese and jalepeno bagel and it was delicious! it came out pretty fast too despite the shop being a little busy.

Favorite bagels. Their everything bagels are the best around. Fully seasoned all around. And the cream cheeses are delish. The staff is great and they work so fast, even when there is a line, I'm out in less than 10 mins. Unlike other chain bagel shops. The shop is basic but clean.

My favorite bagel around town. I visit at least once a week. I have tried numerous local bagel places in the area- including other bagel chains and non-chains. This bagel has a great exterior, kettle boiled- shiny crust and the interior has a very nice chew unlike other places. I have had bagels that taste too much like bread. These bagels always taste freshly made. They have several good cream cheese flavors. My go to - onion bagel toasted with onion & chive. The service here is always quick, the staff is super efficient and VERY hard working. I'm happy to see the same employee faces often. The ambiance is like a typical bagel shop, a few booths are inside but I get to-go mainly.

Order two bagels. Both were hot and ready when I reached the cash register. Line was moderate but moved fast during the Saturday mid-morning crowd. Parking is always tight so save time and have a a little walk from the middle of the parking lot.

Another 9 years later and they have not updated the track they play. the employees hate the same junk track you have on repeat for 12 years now. Get spotify or pandora.

I think this is the best bagel place in the La Costa area. The staff is really pleasant and they provide good service without any drama. The bagels are solid and they make enough of all the options for both breakfast and lunch so you have choices even later in the day which I expect. I really like their fresh salmon sandwich. Prices are reasonable.The place is clean, nice, predictable with bagels we really enjoy. Their location is good and easy to get in and out.

Needed a quick bite, and this place was one of the options. Good selection of bagels/bagel sandwiches. You can get them plain, toasted, with cream cheese or however you'd like (build your own sandwich). They have chips to buy if you'd like. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was definitely appreciated.
