This location just can't seem to figure it out. wrong order almost every single time I've been here and at least the last 10 times so I'm done at this Burger lounge. Other burger lounges are fantastic. People have warned me don't go to this one only go to the Delmar or any other location.

Patties are cooked different every time. Sometimes it's almost raw, sometimes it's well done. It always tastes great though.

Hamburger bun was stale and burger patty was nothing exceptional I mentioned to the staff that the hamburger bun was dry, stale, but response was it was toasted Staff was lukewarm at best

Delicious yet clean cut burger! Friendly service in a well maintained environment, nice indoor and outdoor seating available. Had the Lounge Burger - excellent! Add bacon for a few bucks more next time, then would be almost perfect ;) Wheat bun, different but healthier so I'll take it, definitely a go to spot for lunch when in Carlsbad

The tables were covered in food crumbs, spilled sauces on our table, when I asked for someone to wipe our table clean she came over and cleaned the table but only wiped half of the table, so I asked her to wipe the other side and she rolled her eyes at me, I asked for the cleaning towel and wipes the entire table myself at this point.The manager tried to make up for that young gals teenage behavior but she already set the tone. When I’m paying $40-50 for my kids and I to get a snack each I expect kind people to work at the establishment.I saw her just standing most of the time we were there when there were tables to clear food from and wipe clean, the floor was very dirty too.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Burger Lounge! Everyone was above and beyond helpful and even came back to ask if we needed anything else. The burgers were great! Fries and onion rings better than most! Tasty toppings too! I had the mushroom aioli and it did not disappoint! I’ve been to other locations but this one is run more efficiently and more friendly!!

Used to be great when it first started, then they changed how they prep and present the burgers. It lost something in expanding the menu and whatever was changed with the original menu prep. For the price of each burger (avg $10+), I expect more from their food. Fries were prepped Belgian style (double fried) with parsley and salt. Even that has changed, sadly. Used to be the place I'd go out of my way for when visiting the so cal area. Not anymore. Bummer.

Lunch with husband and two under 3. Wild success. First, service was lovely. They brought over a little sweet treat for kids, which was very much appreciated and made us feel like much less of an imposition (which can sometimes be the case for any restaurant, though that may just be parental anxiety talking). We thoroughly enjoyed the truffle mushroom Swiss burger. Juicy, not too truffley, satisfying bites of mushroom. Would definitely order it again. Wild alaskan cod sandwich was also good. I didn't get to eat any fries because my children don't save food they enjoy. They must've been delicious. Thanks for the great meal!

Great place BUT, They lost me when they took out the lamb burger, literally only went for that. The services is great too, the attendants are very responsive and checkin even if you're outside. Music is usually good as well

Well, it was getting late, I was hungry, leaving Costco in Carlsbad and in the little strip mall there is Burger Lounge. What the heck, try it out? Busy. No menus except the one on the wall behind the register. Ordered a classic burger and fries. $14.98. What I got was a piece of meat, some cheese and a few grilled onions, pickle, that looked nothing like the pictures they show, looked like a kid sat on it. The 'fries'? broken and soggy in a puny little pocket. Unbelievable. What a rip! Don't believe the on-line pictures, they don't exist. In-n-Out next time, better food at half the price.
