Go early or be prepared to wait in line! This is walk up service only. Food is amazing & definitely worth the wait!

Cafe Topes was super busy when my friend and I came for breakfast (Saturday at 11am, duh it's busy!) but the service is so quick and efficient we were in and out in thirty minutes. You order at the front, the person who took our order was super helpful and friendly (I wish I got his name) and made great recommendations. We got the crack breakfast burrito, the 222, and two delicious lemonades. The food came out incredibly fast, piping hot, and super yummy. We really enjoyed the inside seating, although the outside is just as nice when it's not rainy! Would go again, and probably will soon!

Best place for breakfast and brunch ever!!! Everything is super tasty, love their Benedict's, the French Toast and Pancakes! Need to bring back the bacon steak as it was a Trade Mark of place in past. The Hawaiian coffee was amazing!

Cafe Topes was super cute! The interior is pretty basic and minimal in terms of design, the outdoor seating looked nice and relaxing. We came on a Sunday morning so it was pretty busy the line was down on the side walk. You walk up to the counter to order then sit down with a number. Honestly didn't love this since it made it a little stressful not knowing if you'd have a seat by the time you made it to the counter (if you have a party of more than two there was only a few tables that sat 4) and it was a little chaotic with a big line of people in the middle of the restaurant made it harder to relax and enjoy the food. The food was incredible though! Everything on the menu looked great as well as the coffee beverages. We ordered the country burrito, chorizo scramble, seafood benedict and the 222 along with Mexican mochas and it was all fantastic the presentation of the food was great. I'd get there early to avoid the crowd but I'd highly recommend!!!

Get there early! The crack steak and eggs is a favorite of ours. Also the massive cinnamon rolls.

Great food always on point. Staff is very friendly and it's a cute little open cafe. Love it!

A friend recommended this place & I’m so glad we tried it. It was so good we went back multiple times. I love how they cook the fruit inside the pancakes, instead of placing fruit only as toppings. It taste delicious. The staff is so kind, and I appreciate how everything indoor/outdoor was so clean.

We love this Cafe and i would have given 5 stars but after dealing with the cashier i cannnot. She was sooooo rude and not welcoming. Didn’t look us in the eyes. Told us she is going to take her time writing a check and we were standing there ready to order for over 5 minutes for a Togo order. She needs to go to customer service school and figure out how to work with the public! Food great, customer service is not even close to good.

Fantastic breakfast place that always has a line out the door. Located in Oceanside, and has street parking, but the food is to die for!!!!!!

Such a charming little brunch place. Perfect for family and friend brunches. I love their drink menu with inventive lattes- turmeric and matcha included. Great vibes, definitely an "insta worthy" spot.

Wow! This place was def worth the hype. It's a cute small little breakfast spot on a corner street. Not many tables for eating inside, but there is also outdoor seating. You place your order as soon as you get in and they will give you a number and you find your place to sit. Menu you is simple but lots to choose from and personally thought the prices were great! Waitress, hosts, and chefs were all so friendly! But here's what you really want to know...how was the food? Let's just say I DEVOURED my ENTIRE meal. What we got: - Crack'n Benedict: not only was presentation beautiful but the flavor and the amount of food almost made me cry. I never knew steak in an eggs benedict would be so good. When I ordered they asked how I wanted my meat to be done, I chose medium to be on the safe side but honeslty wish I got a medium rare because they cooked it perfectly! If I'd come back, I'm definitely getting this again! - Bloody Mary: I ordered the Bloody Mary and had the option on making it spicy! Wow! It was delicious and more. Bloody Mary's are always a hit and miss but if you love them, Cafe Topes won't do you wrong. - County Fried Steak: my dad ended up getting this and he said it was pretty good and his eggs were cooked perfectly, runny and not undercooked. He mentioned several times of the presentation on both our meals being great and how good the food was. - Latte: my dad also got a latte and for him being his own brevel barista at home, he enjoyed it. Hawaiian Latte (iced): I ended up getting an iced hawaiian latte to go because I really wanted to try it after seeing some one get it. I'm not much of a coffee girl but this was quite delicious and light. There were many latte options, if I come back again id like to try the Lavender Honey Iced Latte. Overall, I definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a good, reasonably priced, breakfast spot.

Lovely menu, welcoming & friendly service, & inviting atmosphere! Loved this spot. Beautiful patio to sit on and the food was so delicious! I loved that they had a specialty menu that rotates as well. We loved the crackn Benedict! Delicious
