I went through the drive through and they took so long they made me back up to restart the timer my hamburger bread was so soggy like it was left in a puddle of water ! I just worked 13 hours with out food I was so hungry I had a few bites weren’t soggy the second I got home I threw up

I missed Carl's Jr. when I left California as a child. They haven't been where I've lived since I moved. While nothing compares to our childhood memories, and no, even though they don't have those amazing crispy and crinkled fries I loved, they are still a great place for a comfort cheat day. Their burgers taste char broiled, their fries have always been hot and crispy, and the staff are quick, efficient, friendly, and even though I get a specialty order, it is always right.

Food was hot and fresh.I love having my order taken by a person not on an app or on an instore screen.The cashier in this store was exceptional and went over and beyond! I noticed that Evelin walked an elderly woman to her car after she received her food. Evelin was very patient with her as she had to stop before reaching the car so the woman could get her keys ready. She s as lido helped her into her vehicle and closed her door before leaving the customer. Great to see caring people still exist!!!!

Not only did she rush me from looking at the menu but when i got to the window the girl was on her phone the entire time i was trying to pick up my fries. She didnt ask if we wanted any ketchup or anything just stayed in her conversation. I dont know what her problem was, hoping it wasnt a race issue, but if not, is she disrespectful to all her customers?Being treated with disrespect makes you question the quality of the food.
