You can not beat their sausage biscuits in the morning. However, when there's nobody in line, it's frustrating to have to wait so long to get served in the drive-through. Especially when the price is almost double the competition.

Not good. In particular, the “AI” voice recognition drive through ordering system is not good. I’m sure the Carl’s Jr Corportate Overlords love the thought of fewer employees - but this system isn’t ready for deployment.But then again, as bad as the system is, really it’s a perfect match to their actual human employees. Terrible.Food lacked redemption too. Stale bun. Cold, generic fries. The Heinz ketchup was good though.Best part of this experience is being reminded why I don’t visit Carl’s Jr.Avoid. Really.

Compared to a lot of Carl's jr's I've been to, this is the best one. The drive thru service was great. The automated ordering voice isn't that bad either. It also helps the workers who might be short staffed. The burgers were perfect. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Really did not appreciate the computer taking my full order at the drive-thru. I get other places that have the automatic greeting, but this thing took my entire order. Felt so disconnected. I was honestly expecting a robot when I pulled up. Thankfully it was a human.
