My first time at an El Pollo Loco (btw love the name ?). We chose to dine-in. The place was quite, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions about their menu. I had the chicken&avocado bowl and the rest of the family had chicken quesadillas, tacos al carbon and chicken burritos. The flavours were there and the prices were good. My only comment for the store manager would be to ensure that the avocados in the chicken&avocado bowl be as fresh as possible because mine were a little passed their best point and they are one of the two main ingredients of the dish. But we would definitely go again! Thank you.

Really good food but took awhile to get the food after it was oder. Thought it was fast food? The lobby had kids running around like there parents had no mind to control them. Price was not to bad.

Today I stopped by to order a meal for two with the coupon they give out and it was so easy to use. The cashier Gaby was so nice and welcoming. I enjoy eating at el pollo loco! The chicken was delicious I order some salsa and the avocado salsa was delicious with the side of chips. The outside of the store was clean and many parking lots and seating outside.

Don't go inside to order. Drive thru gets all the attention, they don't care that people inside have to wait a long time well beyond if you had used the drive thru. Had an issue using rewards. Person asked for the manager's help. It took a crazy amount of time for him to come over. Just a simple acknowledgement that he would be over in minute would have been nice, but no. Felt very ignored. Problem was easily solved, but wouldn't want to come back to this location.

Chicken was good, but no hortchatas at this location. Kids wanted to go there specifically for that. Seats outside were not kept well, dirty, and lots of bird poops. Service was average or below. Went in and asked for more salsa because they only gave you a little at first, and we ran out. Gave me an attitude and said I already gave you some salsa before. Really? We ordered a big meal for 5 people and they only gave 2 mild salsa originally for 5 people. Is there a maximum 2 salsa limit?

I am giving 2 stars because the food was good today. However, things have really changed. Prior to Covid they had a very nice salsa bar that allowed numerous options. This was one of the reasons I would visit at least once a week. I understand why they took it away but it needs to come back. I like to eat at the restaurant and it is not nearly as pleasant any more Today when I asked for more salsa, it was as though that was a problem. Then after getting my salad I saw my dressing container was not full. When I asked for another dressing the young lady said I have to charge you. This has never ever happened before. Both my wife's salad and mine were tasty and that is the only reason there are two stars. I can honestly say I used to actually look to eat at a Pollo Loco, but I guess those days are gone.

I think its healthy. I just started using their app, great for promotions. I just received $2 off a 2 piece combo. My favorite is the double chicken avocado salad and I add their green salsa.
