The nice Hispanic lady who works drive thru weeknights. Specifically 2/20/24 at 1030pm. Promote her. If you’re a customer give her a tip she deserves it. She’s so friendly, really tries hard to be good at her job, attention to detail, like I’ve never seen for a Simple drive thru job. From someone who came from the bottom and working hard at low jobs so I could be well reviewed, I respect the hustle

Visiting Carlsbad for the weekend, what an unpleasant experience at this jack location. Whatever is on this burger it ruined our dinner, totally gross. We also ordered stuffed jalapeños not even hot… cardboard breaded. Waste of time and money.

Restaurant didn't seem bust to me. Only one inside waiting. They knew I was there, we made eye contact , but waited a while to give my order. Went to bathroom, came back, saw same thing happen to gentleman looking get to someone's attention.
I visit this Jack in the Box often. And today to my surprise the experience was not so pleasant. The woman in the drive thru rushed to give me my food, said twice to me that “it’s all there”, I reminded her that she hasn’t given me my drink. Then I open up my bag and realize there is no napkins at all on a $23 order. The fries were kind odd tasting today as well. So something’s def changed, not used to this kind of service at this location.
