TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JOHANNA! I had such a bad experience at this location. They didn't have ingredients to make anything. What's worse it the customer service the girl gave so careless about everything .

I have worked at the Lowe’s in the same parking lot for 3 years. The one thing that drove me away from coming in is that certain items that I want every day are not prepped and the app won’t let me order when I’m on my break, so I can pick up when I go on lunch, thus allowing me to enjoy my smoothies/ juices/ shots while I’m on my lunch. This means my order today went from a $30 order, to a $6 order. The people who work at this location are very nice but when I can’t get what I came in for it doesn’t do any good. I also wish they had organic options.

Had to leave a review. Ordered online and wasn’t ready when arrived-had to wait another 11-15 min. 5 people waiting and noticed 6 more customers came and left. Only one employee in the store working and she said she was being trained on top of that. Management lost some business today and left the store up to one trainee. Not good. This location always has staffing problems.

I have been coming to this location for over 6 years and there is always a friendly smile in the store, except for the beginning of this year. Recently, Farrah has taken over as the new GM and when I say I wish I could go to Jamba everyday, it's mostly because of Farrah's beautiful smile and spectacular customer service. Her attention to every detail of my order (she makes it the best, and I can tell when she doesn't make my smoothies) and her taking the time to get to know each customer that enters the door and making genuine connections is beyond what a new GM should be doing but she is definitely setting the new standard! Excited to come back every time for my aloha pineapples and to see her!

If you're looking to get your fill of blaring rap music with long wait times to order then this is the place for you. The employee was blasting rap music on a portable speaker complete with a generous sprinkling of "N" and "F" words (i.e. Explicit rap). Waited 15 minutes and never got an order placed. Saw a few people come in and then walk out. The employee seemed to be on a speed run to get fired.

Not sure about the quality of the food/drinks as this location turns customers away 15 minutes before closing as well as not answering the phone ~30 minutes before closing. Online ordering also seems to no longer work around the same time.This is not the first time I've had this problem here.Maybe sometime in the future they will be open during their posted hours but until then it is what it is

The staff at this location are clueless...you ask them a question about online orders and rewards they look at you with blank stares. Their corporate office need to provide more trainings especially to use their own system. And, their service is very slow. This is why I rarely go to this one.

Literally the only person in there. Girl takes my order. Guy sampling some drink walks around clueless. She says " want to make that watermelon breeze ". He says we have watermelon drinks? Then asks was it a small or medium I ordered. I ordered large. Then he proceeds to make it wrong and has to start over. Literally like 10 min for one overpriced drink. Beyond ridiculous. .

Purchased a strawberry chunky bowl and was give a frozen bowl. I return to the store and notified employee, Johanna, and she mentioned that bowls are premade now. I completely understand if they are premade, but no one wants a frozen bowl. I asked if she could make a fresh one, which she made, but had attitude. I then got a bowl that was 1/4 full of smoothie only . Not worth the $11 I paid. I asked the employee why it was so empty and she proceeded to say that she doesn’t make smoothie bowls. This whole experience was upsetting.
