i dont like burgers but when I got the sweet chili burger it was incredible!! amazing sauce, juicy patties, the bacon is soooooo good. I don't write reviews but this place changed my mind on burgers, I'm hooked!

Really bad experience the guy in the kitchen didn't had gloves when cooking, and they give me still my wrong order, called back to complain once I was home and no response. Spend 33 dollars and still no food for dinner

The bun of my burger was cold and there was some disheveled guy that kept coming in and would just kind of look around and then walk into the kitchen and sit on the prep counter for minutes at a time which seems super unsanitary and weird.

do not order by phone if you are in a hurry they have took order over phone and when I show up they haven't started my food and they take forever the lady's who work there are too high to function the food is great but horrible customer service

I really thought that I had done a review here before. I guess not .. we came here last quarter of the Super Bowl. The staff working were all very nice. When we come to town this is one of our stops. It's like the old days of Carlsbad when you could get good food with reasonable prices. The burgers and fries are very good. They have different size burgers from small to large. The food is made fresh and they offer all sorts of toppings with great prices. Granted the ambiance isn't much to talk about and there's no beer but the food and the staff are a definite plus and again we need to keep Carlsbad prices reasonable enough that normal every day hard working ppl can come here and enjoy good food. It's a quirky kinda place but I highly recommend it.

The customer service was awful was told my order was going to be a 20 min wait and came back to nothing just a bad attitude. They were rude to remake it with the cook being to high to get my order right definitely don’t recommend unless you want to wait forever definitely not worth the price not wait.

I've never tried this place before but I was in the area and was craving burgers so i decided to try this place. When I tell you I've never had such an awful experience at a restaurant before, this definitely was the first. I was standing in line with my friend waiting for the server to take our order and she never did. We waited for 30+ for her to take our order and not once did she say a word to us, all she did was take multiple glances at us and completely ignored us the entire time. This obviously made us leave the restaurant as we were hungry and not attended to by the server.
