I had the California Burrito and nachos. The burrito was amazing, with the perfect blend of spices and texture. The perfect size to share or enjoy solo after a long days work. The nachos were a disappointment with mostly just refried beans on chips with little flavor. The menu is extensive and easily offers most anyone something to love.

The food was tasty, cooked with fresh ingredients, and well prepared. Portions are surprisingly enormous. We loved every one of our meals. They missed our fries and gave us rice instead. However, we went back and they replaced our fries without hesitation. Their customer service was excellent and deserves recognition.

I love this place. Went on a whim on our way home from soccer practice. Food was ordered and in our hands quickly. Prices are reasonable and I have to say, everything was absolutely delicious!! I got the carne asada tacos and my daughter got the Cali burrito. I don't know why I hadn't stoped by sooner, but I wont make that mistake again!! See you soon Kotija jr!

Normally when I go to Costco, I hit the food court. lol - but I'm happy I decided to try Kotija! The Vibe: It's in a strip center and not much to the interior, but comfortable for my lunch.Service: super friendly - from both the front and back of the house.Food: I had fish tacos which were delicious and full. The tortillas were good, but not the best I've had. The salsa - both green and red - were flavorful and both had a good kick.So if you're shopping at Costco - take a break from the food court - and try Kotija!

This is a fast food joint. We only go here for taco Tuesday, but we go here VERY often because it's super clean, close to home, and their food, service, and prices are excellent!Parking: I've never had trouble getting parking, even though this is a super busy area (Costco is in the same center)

We popped in early, but didn't order breakfast - instead we stuck with the main menu. Tried the Caldo de Camaron, a surf and turf burrito, and Costillas. Being from Texas used to loads of Mexican and Tex-Mex, we weren't expecting too much. But, it was actually pretty awesome. The homemade tortillas were a hit - tried both kinds. Service was top-notch, super chill and helpful with all the choices. And the Costillas? Really good stuff. Gotta say, California's Verde sauce kinda beats Texas in my book.

Don’t bother going for breakfast b4 you go to Costco. Order taker/cook abruptly stated no lengua! never going to have it!too expensive! Maybe Put DucTape over that menu item on wall? Very unfriendly. Machaca burrito unremarkable. Chili Relleno plate not either. Relleno 2/3 overdone breading, that and enchilada drown in enchilada sauce. Couple Tablespoons of good tasting beans and less than that of nicely prepared rice. Young assistant was put out when asked for more salsa. At least bathroom was clean.Disappointed. Can’t recommend.

I really like the food at this location. I just wish the customer service was better. I visited the shop the other day and there were 0 people in the restaurant. I stood at the counter for a little while, as no one was there to take my order at the register. The cook in the back and I made eye contact, but he didn't say anything nor call anyone at all. Stood there for a bit more, and finally a young lady came out to take my order. When she came out, she didn't say hi, or my I help you. She just looked at me. This was an opportunity for me to overdue it with kindness, so I said hi, how are you? Having a good weekend so far? She them replied politely, but no smile.I ordered the chile verde plate, which I highly recommend. The pork is extremely savory and tender, and swam in a super spicy, but flavorful green sauce. So good! The "gravy" was nice and thick, and had the perfect balance of tangy feom the tomatillos, spicy from the green chiles, had a nice hint of cumin, coriander, oregano, garlic, and onion. The rice that came with the plate was fluffy and light and full of flavor. The beans were okay, however, not hot. The cheese placed on top wasn't melted and still in shreds. (They needed to heat the beans longer) The tortillas, although not homemade, we soft, fresh, and pliable, enough to mop up the chile verde sauce feom the plate.Overall not a bad experience. Just hoping they work on their people skills and also remember the food safety ? and how they need to serve their beans hot!

Staff was nice. Prices reasonable. Food wasn't good. My husband had cheese enchiladas which he could hardly cut even with a knife. The salsas were very spicy - even for us who are eating salsas regularly. Beans were terrible, even chips weren't that great. Disappointing. I should have realized that if a place is empty - completely empty on a Saturday night, that may be a red flag.
