Luna grill in Bressi Ranch is always a good choice for lunch, dinner or catering! I hadn’t visited this location in a while as my office shut down after COVID. We would always cater from here and the food was fresh and delicious every single time. I was missing my weekly Luna Grill fix and decided to meet my husband for lunch last Friday. We were greeted right away by Baylee, she was so kind, engaging and helpful. She let us know how long our order would take, checked on us a few times and went above and beyond for everybody in the restaurant at the time. For a fast casual environment she made it feel welcoming and pleasant - thanks Baylee!! The food was delicious too. We got the gyro plate and the portions were huge. It’s a bit pricey for lunch but I think it’s worth it because of the quality and portion size. I have never been disappointed by the food or catering service, if we still had our offices I know we’d be getting weekly catering. We went to the Luna Grill in Bressi Ranch. The food was delicious and the staff very curtious, specifically Baylee who served us and checked on us several time.
Food was a little pricey but absolutely delicious. One of the workers, Baylee, went way and above. I had ordered the falafel bowl but a chicken bowl was brought to the table. It was the lunch rush and I didn’t have a lot of time so I just ate it anyways. It was great but not what I ordered. Baylee (who didn’t even take my order) overheard me order the falafel and corrected my order. Exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Baylee is always so welcoming and even memorized our order. She even had suggestions for us if we were looking to try something new. The restaurant is always tidy and clean and she even came to check on us to see how the meal was and if we needed anything to complete our meal. Would definitely recommend eating here and definitely ask for Baylee

We love Luna Grill, come here often. The chicken kabob is some of the moistest chicken around, it's never dry and always tastes Delicious. Gyro is great too.
