I ordered a koobideh pita sandwich. The koobideh was unfortunately overcooked and thus dry and not juicy as it should be. One of the workers came by and asked me how everything was. I told him exactly that and he walked off and did nothing to inform the manager of the issue toi takje care of it.It seems that he just asked the obligatory "how is the food" question but then did not really care to solve the problem.This is disappointing as I usually have a good experience and food there.
