I have come to Panera for many years today I went in hot the worse sandwich ever, they changed the bread which was soggy, they forgot the pickle! Disappointing!

I had never done the quick pickup and I walked in kind of Clueless and one of the waiters or whatever they are was very professional and polite and helped me through

Mac and cheese was burned and rubbery. New plastic spoons cut my lip too!

Put the charge lemonade back at the soda fountain. The 50 warning signs around the restaurant should be enough for those with conditions. Tired of waiting 5+ minutes to get a refill because of long lines or a senior citizen who doesn't understand how technology works. Otherwise, I love Panera. No complaints.

Last time we we're in panera, we ordered small and it was the same amount as what they call large size now. The only difference is that the bowl is bigger. What a rip off! They probably think people won't notice smh. No wonder the rating is getting worst and worst. If only not for the Halloween event, we wouldn't not go here. So ridiculous!

I come here a lot. nice staff, good decor. My one complain is that the portion sucks. I ordered a $14 asian salad. There were 3 tiny chunks of chicken in there. Everything else is just lettuce. This is a miserable salad to say the

Visited the Panera Bread in Oceanside and was thoroughly impressed. Not only is it the cleanest branch in San Diego, but the ambiance is inviting, and the staff is exceptionally attentive. A shining example of what the Panera Bread experience should be. Highly recommended!

Screwed up my order. Bacon turkey bravo, they put the chicken on it. Didn't include the pickle spear, and charged full price for a "you pick two" item that had a value offering.

This Is the 2nd time I have been to this location. Back in January I got a chicken noodle soup that was so pathetic. The chicken must have run through it as all I found were a couple of noodles. I sent an email to customer service and complained.Received a candid comment and points (probably buy a small roll). Decided to try it again. Went in with my chicken of sandwich. saw the menu on line. $9.89 got to location. Oh no it's $12.95.. WHAT!!!! ok. now I'm done with Panera FOR GOOD. I keep trying different locations and end up dissatisfied.THAT'S IT. BTW the sandwich was pathetic as well.

Seems this particular location isn't well managed. They've forgotten customer service as the other comments suggest. The food is ok, but the experience was very poor. Salad had wilty lettuce. The food certainly won't bring you here as being special. The guys in the kitchen were really loud. Think of a mix between guys yelling in Hell's Kitchen and a warehouse. Customers were hearing it all in the dining room as these guys thought they were clowning around in a sound proof room, but no. I said something and got an ignorant reply.Again, not a good experience if you want a nice lunch in a relaxing environment. Just go to your local truck stop and skip Panera on Palomar. If the food isn't special and the atmosphere is marginal....the only thing left is the high price!

I had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. It saddens me to say this, but it was awful. You've fallen so far Panera trying to save money. I didn't think there was such a thing as tasteless cream cheese. AND you charge almost $3 for it. But yet that's what you sell. The quality of the bagels has fallen off the last couple years and today was no exception. Your really not worth my hard earned meager money any more. I never use the customer service. I can't decide if that's a good thing or not. I used to want to work there. Not any more.
