The spring rolls have no flavor and the peanut sauce is vinegar with no peanuts. The soup is good (the broth) they give you about 1/2 the meat of other Pho places I have been. Order extra meat as it’s not even 6 pieces that they give you.

the guy standing at the counter is very rude, swears, is boorish, the food stinks of rotten meat, it takes a long time to prepare, the room is dirty. I highly do not recommend it. if this was the last cafe in the world, I wouldn’t even go back to eat

I had a craving for Pho last week and decided to order a Tai Chin noodle order. When I arrived the cashier was friendly but I couldn't understand him really well. Either way upon payment he asked if I wanted a receipt or not, and I decided I didn't need a receipt for just one order of noodles. Upon returning to my work after my lunch break, my bank notified me that I spent $125.03. I immediately returned back to the restaurant to ask about this charge and immediately the same cashier was rude and began to argue with me, telling me to show a receipt and made no effort to search for my order on his register. Instead he made a remark saying "In America no receipt no refund."I showed him the charge and all I had to show was my food ticket on my to go order.Needless to say I have not received a refund back to my account and was left with no funds for the weekend.If I could do less stars for this restaurant I would. And I have disputed this charge as of today.

Went in for lunch and it was busy so took the order to go. Ordered some pho and specifically told them brisket and tendon only, the front person confidently said yes I can do that. Took about 7 minutes which was good but when I got to my desk to eat it, there was no Tendon even though I paid for it. Soup was okay but they forgot my favorite part so they get 3 stars... probably will never come back though.

This is the perfect lunch spot. The are polite and very fast with their service and the food. The restaurant is clean and ready for quick turn over of tables. The portions are large and we loved everything we ate. I think my favorito was the bok choy and the stir fry noodles. We'll absolutely be back, thanks again.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Pho House that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was greeted by a worker who was eating a meal behind the counter. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment.As a customer, I expect to be welcomed into a clean and professional environment, especially when it comes to handling food. Seeing an employee eating while on duty immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation practices in the restaurant. It made me question whether the same lack of attention to detail extended to the food preparation area.Furthermore, the fact that the worker did not bother to pause their meal or acknowledge my presence left me feeling unwelcome and unimportant as a customer. It's basic customer service to greet and assist customers promptly, and the disregard displayed by the employee was unacceptable.Unfortunately, this experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I'm hesitant to return to Pho House in the future. When dining out, it's crucial for establishments to prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. Regrettably, Pho House failed to meet these expectations, and I cannot recommend their service based on my encounter.

The flavor is very good but I was very disappointed in the fact that they did not have any bean sprouts, cilantros, and basils to go with our pho noodles. What’s the point to opening a pho spot if you can’t provide the staples to eating pho. I just thought that they have forgot to put it in our table ? but when I asked for it they said… sorry we are out ?

I always pass by this place and wanted to give it a try but I've been traumatized by all these below average Vietnamese and Pho restaurants in the area that I just keep passing in it. Today I stopped in I noticed some Asians coming out of here so that's always a good sign! I wanted Pho but I didn't wanna get disappointed so I ended up getting the Special Broken Rice Dish. Came with egg rolls, pork, beef, shrimp....and to my surprise it came with a bowl of beef soup. Beef was a tad bit salty but it was still good. I liked the nuc moum and the portions. The soup was pretty good! For sure I'll try the pho next time. Place is nice and simple. There's plenty of seating there's also back patio seating over looking a beautiful piece of land.Customer service was okay nothing bad. Overall I'll be back soon for the pho!
