Came in and was assisted right away. I got a regular size with rice and 3 scoops of protein. Good options for toppings as well. They mixed the proteins with your choice of sauce, which I wish they would also drizzle it on top before putting the toppings. There was not enough sauce in my opinion. Overall good place to try, and also the location is great since its close to the beach and carlsbad village!

Exceeded my expectations the first time I went here! Portion size is really big! Usually, when I go to a Poke place the portion size for the spicy tuna is tiny.. In this place, one scoop is more than 3 scoops in other places, at least in this area.So far I have been here two times, and both have been tasty and fresh. I also like that they have options like scallops, shrimp, and seared Ahi Tuna. In the picture is one scoop of Spicy Tuna and underneath is two portions of seared Ahi Tuna. It was massive! The second time there was a line of 5 people but the service was so quick I didn't end up waiting long at all. Definitely will be my lunch spot for awhile.

Yum! Ran by this place as it was getting ready to open. Happened to run by again on opening day! Hours of operation 11a, they opened 10m early and let me in :). Ordered child bowl and regular bowl. Very fresh and ymmu trasting. Regular bowl is huge! I really like the spicy oil they use. I can't handle spice too much so I just asked a lil pump. The boba-ordered guava tea, less sugar-refreshing and boba--yes! On point! Flavor and texture. Local boba fix score! Customer- great! Place-clean. Stop by, you won't be disappointed! I wasn't :)

SOFT OPENING! This Poki Poki just opened up in Carlsbad with soft opening hours 11a-8p! It's right next to Board and Brew and 7 Eleven. I've gone to other locations in Encinitas and coming to this location, it is so much bigger! I love that it's just a 5 min walk to the beach. There's way more tables to dine in, a lot of space, and they have new drink options, boba and alcohol! I came in with my girlfriend and we got a regular poke bowl. Prices are pretty average. We got pretty good portions too. Ethan is the employee that served us and very nice customer service, he helped us as soon as we got inside. The food is good, I wish we got more, can't wait to come back and try their new drink menu
Spicy Ahi Bowl - $14.95 Super filling and the spice hits just right. Also got the Mango Passionfruit Black Fruit Tea with Boba + Popping Boba. Best Boba I've had ever. Hands down. Service has been superb, these guys know what they're doing and the atmosphere is kicked back and relaxed, as it should be being right by the beach. This location is worth a shot if you haven't tried it before!
