Currently eating here now.... Don't come. Sushi was old, Spam was old, everything just seems like day old food.

Being someone who loves sushi, this is definitely a great place to stop. My friend had talked about Rolled Up and wanted to introduce it to us. I walked around Windmill Food Court and decided that I was wanting to try some sushi. I had never tried a Sushi Burrito before and have heard a great deal of good things about it. I ended up going with The Works Sushi Burrito, and man was it delicious. Loved the great selection of fish, tempura, and vegetables that made up the inside of the burrito. High quality ingredients. My burrito took about 15/20 minutes to be made, whilst others in my group only waited for about 5. It was fantastic, but for $20 I would say it definitely is an expensive meal. If you are willing to shell out the $20 I would definitely say it's worth a try!

I had the crunchy lil guy burrito and it was fantastic. You get 2 whole sheets of nori made into a sushi burrito with fresh ingredients. The 3 times I have eaten here my wait was 10 mins tops. Really fresh and flavorful food. The guys behind the counter were nice and gave me all the condiments I asked for. Definitely recommend the eel sauce.

Was traveling for a while and came across this food court in Carlsbad. In the back is this very nice seating area and there it was, Rolled Up. I haven't had a sushi burrito before and was greeted by Shinae at the front. She was knowledgeable of the menu, took into consideration my specific preferences, haha and suggested "The Works" sushi burrito. The place is a 10/10. Delicious food and fresh. No complaints.I think I found myself a new favorite sushi spot!

Rating of 3.4 to me, this spot is tucked in the corner in the very back. It's quiet and cozy. We ordered salmon Burrito and Spam Musubi to try. Salmon was fresh and didn't taste fishy. It was kind of bland. Don't forget to put soy sauce on it. The spam Musubi was a little dry and thin, honest, nothing too special. Musubi didn't have any sauce in between the spam and rice or on the side. They only gave us soy sauce. One thing I did enjoy was the added crunch in the salmon burrito. Overall, it's not bad, but the prices seem a tad high, for a food court too.

Absolutely horrible customer service! After finishing paying for my order I asked a few questions about items on the menu. The man who took my order responded sarcastic and rude. It’s crazy that a person like this would be the face of the business. He made the business look horrible, I canceled my order and probably won’t go back. It was my first time trying them out and I was looking forward to it. I refuse to give business to people who don’t appreciate it.

This place is a great surprise. Tucked in the back of the Windmill Food Hall is Rolled Up. I love a good sushi burrito, and this is one of the best that I have ever had. I had the Works Burrito. The salmon tasted fresh (not fishy) and so did the other ingredients. It came with a sweet sauce on the side that elevated the flavors even further. I would not hesitate to have another ... and another. After taking my order, the chef even gave me a fist bump. I thought that was a nice touch. No question - I will be back.

It took almost a half hour to get my food. My son received and ate his Chicken Parm sandwich from Cacio before I received my bulgogi sushi burrito. A warning about the wait would have been gratefully received, but nope. Bite their tongue and take my money.Once I finally received my 16 dollar burrito, the beef ended about halfway from the middle. I am entirely dissatisfied and consider this wasted money. Literally any other stall would gave been a wiser decision.

Upstream burrito! Just wish it wasn't so expensive, but reminds me of the sushi burritos or ahi wraps from Kauai

Just enjoyed the spicy tuna burrito. It was amazing . Fresh delicious fish, lots of yummy, crunchy vegetables, generous avocado. It's a very good amount of food, and filled me up. highly recommend the Spicy mayo eel sauce ...made a yummy sushi burrito even better. Quick and friendly service, fairly pricey, but worth it for the high-quality food. Washed it down with an amazing IPA from the adjacent food court bar. Perfect summer afternoon.... can't wait to take my sushi, obsessed son here.

Food (4/5 stars):We're back at the Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad and I tried Rolled Up, which is known for their sushi burritos. I just went with the Crunchy Lil Guy roll because I'm a s***** for any roll with shrimp tempura, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. It was a very standard roll thoughExperience (4/5 stars):* Price: a little pricey for the portions* Wait Time: a little long on a Saturday for dinner* Service: very good and friendly. The server gave me great recommendations * Parking: there's a big parking lot* Ambiance: it's in a beautiful food hall with many selections!

when I complain about the price of something, it's about value and not the expense. the fish and the rest of the ingredients were fresh and tightly rolled (don't you just hate it when a burrito or cut roll falls apart and you need a spoon to finish?). lunch was good but on the light side.my sixteen-year-old (who in defense of Rolled Up is a bottomless pit) turned his UPSTREAM ROLL (salmon, rice, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, eel sauce, and ponzu burrito) into a two-biter, and we wound up driving his 4x4 thru In-N-Out for a 4x4 on the way home.
