I purchase takeout orders from store number 16 in Temecula almost weekly using the app. Every time we pick up the salsa bar condiment part of our order is incomplete. Whoever goes in to pick up the order constantly has to count the cups and inventory them even though they are all checked off on the front of the receipt. My last visit included Manny, the team leader telling me that they don't have all the supplies they need in the takeout refrigerator. The salsa bar which is two steps away. So, that's a pretty feeble excuse for giving people incomplete orders. It defeats the convenience of having an app and takeout option if it's never correct in the bag. Will seriously consider finding another Taco Tuesday restaurant to frequent in Temecula.

I had a Birthday offer - free entree with purchase of a regular entree. The app wouldn’t let me order it as was stated. Not happy with the new format on the app. Generally frustrated with Rubios

Have you ever wanted to try new menu items provide feedback? Join the Rubio’s Rewards and provide an email and periodically you may get the chance to reply to surveys that can earn you an invite to Rubio’s Test Kitchen which is located in their corporate offices. This is truly a chill experience - people are friendly and you get to comment on the quality of proposed new menu items. You reply to surveys and eat great food - what a treat. I’ve been several times and each time has been great

Recommended dishes: Tortilla Soup, California Burrito

Get on the Rubio's mailing list or join the Rubio's Rewards Program and you can find opportunities to be invited to their test kitchen to try their new menu items. This is a great way to provide feedback and enjoy a sampling of new items. They have you fill out a survey as part of the experience . They offer you bottled water and utensils or even you can take some to go as portions are good

Worst chain in the business. They do not post a phone number as they do not want to hear your complaints when their store locations screw up your order and still will not fix it.

You should close you pleasant hill location, it is an embarrassment. Can never get orders correct and when you have to drive back because they made the wrong order they blame you! Do not go to this place, they can’t hire good workParking: Horrible

Catering order Roseville cancelled 1 hour 45 minutes prior to event. No phone call just automated text. No staff and not enough supplies to complete my order. Yet I called same morning to discuss order and nothing was mentioned. Unacceptable and don'trely on automated text notification. Pick up the phone and call customers.

Here is the Mahi fish I found in my taco today. It’s tasteless, overcooked, and impossible to tell what type of fish. It’s literally 1/4” to 3/8” thick and obviously overcooked as well as being physically on the small side.both tacos were the same. I was hungry and tried to eat this and managed to eat most but had to break apart by hand. Still so chewy, basically just swallowed pieces but one part was so leathery tuff I couldn’t break apart by hand so of course it wasn’t eaten. Been going to Rubios since the Pacific Beach location when they first started. The experience is definitely not the same but changes do happen. This is a very sad example of what they’re resorting to for whatever reasonI’m curious if this is even Mahi so will provide the part not edible to whoever monitors such issues when I can locate appropriately.Verify what you’re getting before walking out with your take out.
