Great food, my family of 5 went two days in a row given the 3 kids ate very well and enjoyed the kids menu "make your own taco". We were even more pleased with the service. I forgot my phone there and called after closing time. The employee was super nice and accommodating, He thought of a few options to solve my problem and even helped me get the phone after everyone had left.

Ordered a shrimp salad. It was missing the salsa Fresca and had less than 10 tiny shrimp. The container for the dressing was filled half way. Not worth the money. They have changed from how they use to be. Our steak burrito was much smaller than normal as well.

Located in the Carlsbad Premium Outlets, we were pleased to hit this fish taco legendary chain on Taco Tuesday! Several specials were available all day and the original fish tacos were as delicious as I remembered. While short-handed staff-wise, we got our food hot and fresh and enjoyed it immensely.
A lil out of the way, but this good as you get some peace from the shopping crowd. Nice big green padded high chairs, solid tables, salsa bar, and of course great Baja style food!

I waited at the counter to order for 5 minutes while 3 employees sat and ignored me. Even if they were on their break I would have understood if they let me know they were on break. Some type of acknowledgement. Very poor customer

Made the mistake of eating here yesterday. Easily one of the worst meals I've ever had. It was the first, and LAST time I will ever set foot in this place.I ordered the gourmet grilled chicken tacos, and to say they were disgusting would be an understatement. First of all, there was only 4 tiny pieces of chicken in each of the 2 tacos I ordered. If I would have combined all of the chicken from both of my tacos, it would have still been less than half of the amount of chicken I have received in a single taco at every other rubio's I have ordered this taco from. In hindsight, I guess I should be thanking them for only putting 4 pieces of chicken in it.....because I felt nauseous all afternoon after eating here.The tacos were dripping with grease. The gross white sauce that comes with it, was just gooped on one side of the taco - it wasn't even spread across the entire taco.The manager or owner need to step in and check their workers for quality control, and make sure they are taking a little pride in their work.
