I came here with my family because we were visiting Oceanside and stopped by the mall. I got my drink and it was okay however my wife got an açaí smoothie and when she got hers it almost tasted like chai or a spice was mixed into it. We brought this up with the staff and they just kept refusing saying that it’s just sweet. Won’t be returning. Horrible customer service

Service was great and really fast but these are really not smoothies. They're more like milkshakes or dessert drinks.We got the peach mango and the mermaid bay - both were so creamy and sweet we immediately threw them away. I was really disappointed since I was expecting a Robeks or Jamba type smoothie that tastes like actual fruit and not marshmallow.There's also no indication of what ingredients are actually in the drinks besides the fruit (which you can barely taste). I'm allergic to dairy and did not expect there to be dairy in my drink but it really tasted like there was

Ok hear me out. We were last minute Christmas shopping in the shoppes at Carlsbad and my hubby decides to stop and get a smoothie while I'm shopping. As I finish in store #3, I stop to regroup with my husband and he tells me "you really need to try a smoothie, it's really good, and service is FAST".... Me, being impatient first said "no"....but my stomach said YES. Now, if you've ever seen the "Soup N**** episode of Seinfeld...the ordering system is VERY similar so make sure you know what you're getting-the owners don't play games . I am a simple person and a traditional Strawberry + Banana sounded good. They asked my order while I was in line-by the time I paid my smoothie was ready. They had 3 people on the blenders, and let me tell you, they were on it!! Kudos Surf City squeeze-your system works and the quality of drink was wonderful and definitely hit the spot!

My favorite smoothies! They aren't like ur typical fresh fruit smoothies taste wise, they taste more artificial to me I think I saw them put some powder in it but whatever that is I love it... I'm assuming it's whatever gives it their "signature flavor" because it has that taste in all their smoothies. Idk what kind of crack they sprinkle into their signature smoothie mix but I'm addicted. I crave these smoothies in my free time. The strawberry banana and the blueberry banana are my go to flavors!

their smoothies are so.. Smooth... like idk how to describe it but yknow how smoothies usually have a little chunk these dont they go straight down your throat and its amazing its like drinking that expensive instagram aesthetic glossy slime

Wow I must be late to the game! It took me having kids who love smoothies to try this place. My son ordered the peach mango and I got the peanut butter banana. JUST PURE DELICIOUSNESS. My sons drink had a nice creamy sweet taste to it which made me go wow! my drink was a delicious dessert drink that tasted like a reese's pieces. I crave their smoothies now. Way better than jamba juice.
