I ordered trough uber eats picanha. I’m from Brazil and know how looks like and taste picanha. That is not picanha at all!Don’t like people lying to me. Business even more.I complained over phone and uber eats. And manifesting my disappointment for everybody to avoid places that do this to their customers.

There for my wife's birthday and with another couple. Food and service was excellent! Great salad bar and meat selection...leg of lamb was a group favorite. Servers/skewer-wielding gauchos were helpful and friendly. All meat arrived fresh and tasty with the servers sometimes asking if we wanted the more well done or more rare side of the meat they were bearing. Initially may seam pricey but all things considered, it is a higher end establishment, and so a good value. Our friends from South Africa were impressed and we had an overall great time.

Food is great! The ambiance is fun but a little loud (still giving 5 ✨ though). If you haven't seen the meat you want tell your server and they'll make sure the next round of it comes around soon.Parking: This is a mall with free parking but at dinner time it gets quite busy. Arrive early.

We've been here 3 times. This time the meat tasted gamey. All of it. The cold buffet was delicious as usual, service impeccable, but I don't know if they changed butchers or what. It may be a while before I come back.
Went there for dinner for my wife, and the only reason why we chose to go there over couple of other restaurants was to have some lamb chops. When we were ready to eat, we were told that every meat is included except for the lamb chops.???? I wanted to talk to the manager to make sure and she kept on repeating that they're about $10 cheaper than the other Texas de Brazil because they don't include lamb chops, and they were available for additional cost for each. And she kept on saying that it's mentioned in the menu in the website, but there's no such exclusion listed. There's a generic disclaimer stating that "Prices do not include alcohol, featured items, à la carte items, desserts, beverages, tax or gratuity" and "Menu selection, hours of operation and pricing may vary by location or during holidays", yet, in the menu, lamb shop is listed. Being late, we decided to just eat, and meat wasn't good. Very dried and there were only 5-6 selections of meats coming out. I guess this location was limited to just these few meats. I've been to other location and it's totally a different restaurant. We wouldn't not have gone to this place if we knew that the lamb chops weren't served. My wife and daughters don't eat much anyway. Just not a good way of doing business and need to make the restaurant more appealing and have the staff trained to be little more courteous. I don't recommend this place, at all.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We had heard good things about this restaurant and were utterly disappointed with the experience we had. We went for my significant others birthday to give it a try and our server was anything but enthusiastic. The food was so disappointing and a lot of the meat I was served was extremely rare. The only good thing about our experience was the gentleman that walked around serving the meat. They were very kind and attentive. Other than that, we left the restaurant super disappointed. We spent $160 for nothing. We will not be returning. Save your money and go to a nice sit down restaurant in Carlsbad. (Nick on state is AMAZING! Which is actually worth the hype & price! ?)

This was our first time at Texas de Brazil. It's your typical churasco-style steak house with different types of meats being served via servers with swords tableside. For me, the best cut of the night was the leg of lamb which was very juicy. Second to that is my all-time favorite picanha. They also had an extensive cold and hot salad bar with different items like sliced pineapples, smoked salmon, spicy shimps and different types of greens. There were also sides like jasmine rice, potatos and sauteed mushrooms. They also had a lobster bisque but unfortunately, it was too salty. Overall, we had a good time and ate a lot.

My experience was good today at Texas de Brazil, because they had amazing steaks, called everyone regardless of their age “madam” or “sir” which is a good practice of the staff, and the environment was good inside. Your money is it worth it when you go in there.

This was our third visit to this restaurant. The quality of food and the service have been steadily declining. The meats are overly salty, mostly undercooked, with some, like leg of lamb, being very dry and chewy. The service is very spotty, even the water is not refilled when asked. It is no longer worth coming here. We would rather drive to Orange County and go to Fogo de Chao.
