Unfortunately, we were disappointed by our dinner out with our friends. We were going to go to the new pizza place nearby but decided we wanted to "step it up" so chose Tommy V's and in the end we all ordered pizza. The pizza was not good. The service, not great even though we came to find out our server was the owner who wasn't seemingly happy to be there but said he couldn't find any help. He was timely but his attitude wasn't welcoming whatsoever. I might go back for a glass of wine on the patio but not to eat inside which is a bummer as we were looking forward to having another restaurant to enjoy in our Bressi Ranch neighborhood.

This was a so so- nothing special, over priced, under delivered kind of place. 1- host was friendly 2- bartender zero stars 3- bar back 4.5- maybe she should be lead bartender?♀️. I’d love to add names.. but none were provided. I am sure that there are step of service standards and as a bartender- I anticipate knowledge of menu, options, timing, suggestions, and prices. None of those seemed apparent. My view is if you are an employee you get better service and perks than a guest. I am intown with 1000 + conference and glad there are other option as this will not be in the list.

We waited for a long time for are food and we ask are waitress that if it was going to to take a little longer but she cut us of and said Your food is coming its right there on the counter let me get it! Came back and said sorry I was wrong thats not your food but give it two more minutes I was hungry so was my husband at that point I was ready to go and pay for are drinks and go to a fast food place ? so my husband told her if we can pay for are drinks after three minutes and her answer was your guys food is coming out we are doing the best we can I can not rush them. I told her we don't want no one to feel rushed that's why we would like to cancel it and just pay for are drinks so she went to go and tell them in Spanish how much longer with are food if not they will leave! That was basically rushing them because a little after that we got are food my food was okay not a fan of the meat balls or the bacon or what ever it was in the sauce. My husband said he liked his after he putting a lot of salt lol I wanted to ask are waitress if we can get another basket of bread but I did not because of her vibe she was giving. We had to ask one of the guys if we can get the check he because the waitress was at the bar talking for a while. We paid but did not leave her a big tip I walk out my husband went to go get a rose because one of the other nice waitress told him to take them because they will just throw them away so he went back to are table to get the two roses the waitress saw her tip and stopped my husband and said dude really that's my tip!! My husband said he felt embarrassed because she said it loud on top of that you are taking the two roses but he was in there a little longer because of her. But he did not let me go back to talk to her also I don't think she new we spoke spanish. The restaurant was cute and it was are first time going and last. We did not get her name that's why I put waitress but she was short and had like blond orange highlights in her hair.The price where not a problem with all the respect too? the waitress was the problem and apparently the person who responded doesn't understand we should have just gone to benihana how we originally planned to

Awesome atmosphere. Very open comfortable. The staff is so friendly and professional. I recommend highly as a go to place to eat.Kid-friendliness: Owner is very family oriented and cares for his staff.

Second time here. First was great but service was light. We sat outside. One party was very loud and obnoxious. But the food and view was nice. Second visit on Valentine's Day. Food as good but service was poor again. Brought old hard bread. Ceasar salad was small and average taste. Should be better for $15. Then the wrong dinner was served so had to wait for the correct meal. Lastly we were charged for the wrong wine and at a higher cost.

Food is wonderful every time I go. Staff is always knowledgeable about the options. They are accommodating with special requests. Restaurant is clean and beautiful. Worth the money for what you get.

Good experience overall, liked the food a lot as well as the ambience. The waiter was not so good. Messed up our order, charged us extra, and was not very friendly. That may have been an unusual circumstance (i.e. they were having a bad day). Nevertheless, it affected my overall rating. Might go back, might not.

Overall honestly had a great evening. Service was the only minor complaint. The restaurant was mostly full and there were only two waiters serving the floor. Plenty of bussers but one more waiter would have made service quicker. Again very minor and would recommend Tommy V's!

The food was excellent. Our waiter could have been more attentive. We had to keep asking for him. And when I said it was my friend's birthday (which I called and asked this to be mentioned in our reservation to make it special) and asked for a candle he took the fake candle on the table and said ' Here it is.' His tip would have been much larger if he wasn't so dismissive. Maybe he was busy and rushed but it was obvious he didn't want to give us much service.
Our favorite local restaurant. Live music was very good on Saturday and not at all too loud - no problem having a conversation. The food is always good and the service never disappoints.

We did our dining on the patio and it was gorgeous out there. The restaurant can get a little loud so this is a great alternative, to be able to talk and hear well. Thought we'd get to do happy hour but apparently that's not available on the patio. Good food as usual. Clam linguine was perfect.

We came with family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful dinner and lovely time. The wait staff was really great and the ambiance was very romantic. Thanks for a special evening. We will be back.
