The place is always bustling with activity, but the bartenders and servers always stay on track with great customer service, drink recommendations, and good attitudes! Recently, one of their bartenders Sharen won a local cocktail challenge too! They are always coming up with new and innovative cocktails!

January 30, 2024 update.Not sure what has happened to our once favorite stop. Brought friends here a couple of months back. Burgers were overdone & dry. Fries were overcooked as was the rest of our food. We were quite embarrassed. We visited again tonight. My burger was better than the last however still less moisture than in tge past. My wifes chicken sandwich (her usual) was dry and flat. The chicken breast was more thin than the skinny fries, see photo. It would appear Mulligans had their time, and now that's over :(Another great burger. May 15, 2022Delicious food-nice selection of beer-mixed drink-laid bar bar setting inside, outdoor dining/patio outside. Mulligans is one of our top "go to" places for a burger! Why? #1 the bun! You can have great beef but if the bun is to thick or dense ya can't taste the beef. Next is the beef has a great flavor & you have a choice of 3 toppings. I added pickled Jalapeños, avocados - lettuce, dill pickels, tomatoes & raw onions included & of course French fries. For $2 I upgraded to garlic fries. Wife had a boring grill chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries said it was really good.BEER: Nice selection on tap - had a Firestone IPA ,was mild, hazy and pretty tasty. Other good burgers around Carmel include Visuvio happy hour/bar menu...also good to sit up top/outside.

Hands down the best bar in town! Great vibes, great staff, cheap drinks, good food. Loved the pizza and the wings. Came for the 49ers game and it was lively but the staff handled it well.I think we stopped by 2-3 times over the week we were there.

So surprised a sports bar with actual nutritional delicious food! Walked by this restaurant several times and said I would try it and ended up at my usual other Carmel favourites. Well that's all changed now..... Mulligans is our go to on a regular basis now ! Equally important how clean it always is. Also no matter how busy the place gets the servers are on top of it, especially during a major sporting event.

Solid pub. I ordered an Irish beer, a Jameson sidecar and a shot of well whiskey all for $33 and some change. Maybe a little bit expensive but the service was good and environment was fun so worth it! We sat outside in the back patio where they have a dedicated server plus several heaters. Dog friendly and also has a food menu. We didn't eat but the fries looked so good that we were definitely tempted. There's only one bathroom and it's unisex so just keep that in mind. Overall decent spot and would come back again.

The fish and chips and onion rings were amazing and the pizza was pretty good too and my family is very picky with food. The guiness was poured properly to my untrained eye and delicious. The atmosphere was lively and everyone treated us like family. The food was not super pricey given the area we were in. 100% recommend this pub.

The bartender is awesome (I don't recall her name)! She can handle multiple orders coming at her at once, & still takes the time to make recommendations regarding what to order. The food is great bar food, better than I expected. Fast, friendly service! Also, a great place to watch the game (any game!); the energy, the excitement, it almost feels like being at the game. Fun all around!
