We went into the store today and I had my service dog with me. We sat down and shortly after we were asked to leave. They said no animals allowed at all. If you have a service dog, don't even try to go in there unless you plan on leaving. They will kick you out. It's extremely sad.

Not open at 8pm when both google and the store say hours are until 9pm

My favorite kind of fro-yo place--- the kind where you can choose all your own toppings and pile them on until they're running off the side. Eight choices of yogurt, including tart, yellow cake and my fave French Vanilla. Spotlessly clean and great staff. I'm a very happy fan.

Long time customer at the Monterey location, occasionally Seaside as well, so I was thrilled when this one opened up within walking distance of my house. Myo has the best frozen yogurt in a wide variety of flavors that are constantly swapped out so there's always something new to try. Also known for its legendary selection of toppings—a huge spread of fresh fruit, cereal, candy, baked goods, sprinkles & sauces. IMO that's what always set it apart from any of the similar fro yo places (and even ice cream shops) we've had here over the years. So that's why I had to go with 4 ⭐'s instead of 5 after our trip to the new Carmel location the other night (but I would've gone with 4 1/2 if I could). It's quite a bit smaller than the others, so a slightly scaled down version with a slightly more limited range of toppings was to be expected. But when we stopped by after date night the other day, all the toppings had already been put away even though they were open for another 25 min... which we didn't notice before we both doled ourselves out a big serving of fro yo, so we pretty much just ended up going home with a bunch of plain yogurt ????I'm sure this would only be a potential concern right before closing—so just keep in mind, if you're trying to satisfy a fro yo craving try to get there before it's too close to 9:00! ????

Stopped here after a hike at Point Lobos. Really good, staff was friendly and great selection of toppings, lots of options.

Very rude staff. Came in at 7:55pm and was rudely told that they closed at 8pm although the sign outside AND yelp said 9pm. Young man behind the counter told me to either make a cup quickly or to leave.

Our dessert stop after dinner! It was exactly what we wanted! We walked here from our hotel. But theres plenty ofnparking around the froyo and shopping center. There wasn't anyone else besides us six in there. No wait and was able to get our froyo quickly. Only thing that was out was the fresh strawberries. Everything seemed filled - lots of topping options. I tried the sweet coconut and pistachio flavor. Both were really good!
