We're dying outside because we had two dogs. They were so accommodating and even have great meal choices for dogs . We got the grilled chicken that is unseasoned and a side of rice for each of our dogs and there's so much they could've shared. The meatballs were fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.
The restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful, the ambiance and the music was fantastic. The plating of the food and the drinks were also quite nice but the flavor of the food itself lacks a lot. I ordered the pepper steak and the mashed potatoes were sadly flavorless same for everything on the plate to be completely honest. There was no type of seasoning on anything. We also had the jumbo prawns as appetizers and they had no flavor besides when I drowned them in sauce. I will definitely give it another shot when I'm back in town thoe!
Our service was excellent. The food was less than. We ordered the Sur salad and the Kona coffee rubbed steak. The salad was not fresh and the lettuce was wilted. The steak was gristly and not tender. It all seemed like sub-par chain bar food.

This restaurant was highly recommended so I booked a reservation for my fiancé's birthday. Service was awesome. Our waitress was super sweet and the manager walked around checking on the different tables. Our drinks were delicious, food was absolutely amazing! And the BonBon dessert was sooo good with the presentation too. Overall we had a great experience

10/10 recommend this spot! The food was fantastic and our server, Grant, provided fantastic attention and service the whole evening (even our judgmental Shiba enjoyed him lol). He made sure we were never forgotten while sitting outside, which was especially appreciated. Definitely recommend the Bon Bon dessert too - great taste with even greater presentation. Will absolutely return here again.

Nice ambiance and friendly staff but I wish my pricey fried chicken sandwich had been better. I ate only a few bites since the chicken was... not good. My husband's burger was fine. Perhaps I just picked the wrong menu item.

Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. Grant was our server and he was very attentive. He made sure we were having our best experience for the first time. We will definitely come by again next time we're around the area.

I ordered the ravioli, everyone’s order at the table arrived except mine. Had to prod the server several times. It finally arrived and it was so smelly. I thought it was just me. But then my other table mates could also smell my food. I told the server and he said he would take it with the manager but nothing was done.Everyone else had a great food experience but me. Noone else had ordered the ravioli.

Food is good. Service incredibly slow. The waitstaff were nice. We had 530p reservations and got our salad at 630p. Within 10 min they delivered our entrees. My Kona steak was rare, I had asked for med rare. Sent back, it came back medium rare. Left at 730p. My husband went inside to pay, it had started to rain. 2 hours is torturous.
We had an absolute blast at Sur! Austin made our whole experience, and the food was so great! The vibe was killer I highly reccomend!

We love this place. The food is terrific, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service has always been exceptional. On our recent visit we were served by Zack, who could not have been better informed about the menu or more attentive in making out dining experience a special one. Ove the ahi salad. We'll be back!
