So I selected this winery for a tasting primarily because there labels are absolutely beautiful! Pictures of local wildlife and known historic spots- The owner is welcoming and was completely accommodating of our mixed group of book club/ mom group wanting to sample some delights of the area while discussing our latest read. With the prices of experiences like wine tasting reaching lofty heights, it's nice to see places still keeping things affordable without sacrificing ambience and service quality. Made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon and was a bit late because of traffic. No worries. Our hostess took great care of us and kept us on schedule for the events we had that followed. Yep one of my favorite wineries to visit in Carmel Valley. Lenora is the owner and she is usually there every weekend. A wide availability of wines that include chardonnay, Pinot noir, Grenache, and sparkling rosé and a new sparkling white. The tasting room has a beautiful deck and the inside is super cozy. Also available are small gifts for sale.
