Not sure what the hype is with Dunkin Donuts. I’ve been there three times and this will be my last. The first time they put the wrong flavor crème cheese and when I politely asked to get what I asked for, I got a major attitude and they gave it to me cold. The second time they forgot the cream cheese all together and only half way filled the bacon in the bag. They also had loud music on. This last time the bacon was cold and had way too much pepper on it. Don’t ask for a small water cup because they will charge an arm and a leg. Also the couple of donuts we ordered tasted old so we threw them away.They worst though was the staff, they are not friendly. They don’t always greet you and I’ve never had one say thank you or have a nice day. Lastly, the staff seem to get along well, to the point that they will ignore you. Yucky food, poor customer service, no thank you.

I like this place before I even ate my order. The staff here are super friendly, I want to go back just for that, it’s a great want to start the day. I love how they have Turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches! I haven’t had mammal meat for over five years. Cancer feeds off those proteins so this is a great alternative. I won’t ever go back to those other fast food joints. I do have to warn you though, the hash browns were TERRIBLE !!! Greasy and only 5 or 6 small rounds. Not worth the money don’t try them.Dietary restrictions: They have alternative options to having pork or beef!

Hands down my favorite coffee place. This location is my only go to for coffee. The employees there make my morning every day with smiles, kindness and efficiency. I am grateful for this place and the people here. Oh and the coffee is delicious

My 5 star rating goes to “Sophia”! I posted one of Sophia’s coffee and it got 1 million views in 24hrs, this woman makes coffee just like dunkin’ commercials ? she always gets my coffee order right & provides great customer service! Owner or management: hire people like her and you’ll see way more 5 stars at your location. I come here about 3x a week and if I don’t see Sophia, I sometimes leave & go to a different Dunkin’ so I won’t deal with negative energy & messed up coffee.

Having your donut referred to as a yeast ring is highly unpalatable. The person whom we were ordering from at the drive-thru referred to the donuts as yeast rings. Um no. I will take the maple bar. The donuts were nice & fresh even if the sales pitch was

This was by far the worst food experience I have had in several years. No exaggeration. I was greeted rudely, the food took a long time, they charged me a dollar for a water cup, AND FORGOT TO GIVE IT TO ME.Complete joke.

The other day I went to a different dunkin than usual and got my favorite butter pecan drink, the woman who took my order was extremely rude at the speaker and when i pulled up she gave me a disgusting ugly face. Then i get my drink she basically tosses it in my hand and it was the WORST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD. Then come to find out that she’s the MANAGER. 0/10 wouldn’t go here again. I didn’t even tell her the drink was bad too.
