At first glance we were a little worried. However, we were proved wrong in so many ways. As a plant based person I heard many good things about this place. The jackfruit tostada was amazing. The jackfruit had great flavors. The tofu tacos were on point. The rest of my family had meat and enjoyed every bite. The mango cucumber salsa was tasty. Great job providing great food for all plant based and meat eaters.

Mexican cuisine is always on the top for me. I always crave it! I was so happy to find this place through friends because the food here is amazing. I got carne asada burrito, which is what I always get at a Mexican place. The meat was perfectly cooked and the toppings were generous. The employees were also very kind and welcoming despite the busyness. Will be back!

We used to visit this place several times a month and all of a sudden it was closed and now being run by someone else and not nearly as good as it has been. No more chips and salsa bar, no more bar to have drinks, the food is not the same and the prices went over the top. Sorry to see it has died, we tried it once and will not be back, plus we never know when it is open.

Craved some good vegan Mexican food on a work trip this weekend. El Papagayo is outstanding. We ordered margaritas and food to go which were delicious! We ate chips and salsas while we waited. They gave us ice for our drinks so they wouldn't get watery on the way back to the hotel. The service was fast and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.Vegetarian options: Vegan menu, lots of options!Dietary restrictions: A whole vegan menu!

Loved the food! They are committed to really good vegetarian food as they have a whole menu page devoted to plant based meals. Our server was excellent. The Mariachi group was too loud for us, and our server was very gracious to move us outside. The appetizers were delicious and very filling. Salsa was too mild for our taste, so we asked for more spicy, which turned out to be just right. We will definitely be back!

Been wanting to try their vegan menu for a very long time. Part of their restaurant was covered up and looked like it was under renovations. We sat down and was quickly offered their menu and water. We ordered their crispy tacos and street tacos with fillings from their vegan menu. While waiting for our food, we thoroughly enjoyed their complementary chip and salsa. We loved the variety of salsa offered which were all very fresh and flavorful! However, we were underwhelmed by their tacos. The tacos lacked flavor and there was too much toppings on the crispy tacos. The tomatoes on the tacos also tasted old. Prices are too high for the taste and quality of their tacos. We did appreciate the quick and friendly service.

Customer service here is always great. My husband ordered a vegan chimichanga a couple weeks ago from here and for some reason, the tortilla tasted old and moldy. The place was under construction, so the dining area was closed.
